Asphalt: Injection Review

Twice the fun for thirty times the price.

Gameloft is infamous for borrowing heavily from other popular franchises. Asphalt: Injection is no exception; it steals from other arcade racers like Need For Speed and Burnout. While some familiarity can be a good thing, there is little good in Asphalt: Injection.

Kickstarting an Industry

What does fan based funding really mean for the industry?

Alan Wake's American Nightmare Review

Submitted for your approval: the story of a man fighting against the darkness.

American Nightmare is a smaller, more action focused entry in the series. The backdrop for Wake’s new tale is far removed from Cauldron Lake in the first game, and instead moves into the desert of Arizona. Wake is on the trail of Mr. Scratch, the darkness-created doppleganger featured in the two DLC episodes for Alan Wake: The Signal and The Writer.

Escape Plan Review

What's a puzzle game without the puzzles?

Don't judge a book by its cover – it's a lesson we've all learned before, but one that holds particularly true in the case of Escape Plan. If you've seen Escape Plan before, you may be confused right now – Escape Plan looks great, but looks can be deceiving. Wrought with issues, Escape Plan is at worst frustratingly imprecise and at best, blasé.

Super Stardust Delta: Blast Pack Review

This DLC is absolutely not worth $7.99.

Super Stardust Delta is a great game, but one that’s severely lacking options. The Blast Pack is the prescribed remedy for its ailments; however, it’s not an effective dose. Four new modes with limited content just don’t do the trick.
