Namco Bandai has absorbed the developer of the Tales RPG series.
Tales Studio, the developer responsible for the Tales series of RPGs since 1995's Tales of Phantasia, has been closed by parent company Namco Bandai. Although a reason wasn't given, Tales Studio has been having financial problems for some time and bankruptcy rumors have been floating around throughout 2011.

Last month we reported that there were some indications that Jak and Daxter were going to get the HD update treatment and be collected into a single package on the PlayStation 3. Today we can confirm this rumor as Evan Wells, co-president of Naughty Dog, wrote in the Official PlayStation Blog that the Jak and Daxter Collection will make its debut in February.

Super Mario 3D Land is a delicious feast from Nintendo’s fun hoard that is not only a worthy installment in the Super Mario Bros. oeuvre, but it also evolves the series, makes good use of the 3DS’s capabilities, and offers a flawless platforming experience.

Infinity Ward creative strategist Robert Bowling announced on Twitter that over 1600 bans have been given out to those who cheat in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. The bans were issued to stop "Any attempt to cheat, hack, or glitch" the game.
Leaked before by Black Friday Ads, Nintendo confirms two new 3DS bundles
Black Friday ads from Gamestop to Sears have mentioned a 3DS bundle with Super Mario 3D Land and The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D. These bundles came with a model of the 3DS not previously seen. These are not special to the shoppers holiday, though, as Nintendo has now confirmed.
