Glad those kids aren't bothering you any more. $40 sounds like a good deal for a new game.

So there's roughly 5 more weeks of school left in the spring semester of the campus where I work, which means 5 more weeks of 45-50 hour weeks to trudge through. When that's over, the kids are let out, the hours lessen (to a reasonable 40 per week) and the shift changes to daytime. Consequently, I predict that means more time for games. It's not like I'm paying Sony, Microsoft and Gamefly for the hell of it.
Last week, I wrapped up the last chapter of Halo 4's multiplayer. Gameplay wise, it was good in the dependable way you expect from the series and the fate of Cortana was unexpected but a lot of it was slow-moving strategy through the areas and a lot of cheap kills on behalf of those Prometheans. I hate the move where they zip rapidly side-to-side and melee you (and make you almost piss yourself). Someone at 343 really loves a certain scene from the first Blade movie.
Now all I need to do is some Spartan Ops. Just need a friend to do that with.
I'm also starting through my copy of Batman: Arkham Asylum GOTY and I really love the game so far. Great world, controls, graphics, voice work, all of it. After that, I have a copy of Arkham City to deal with.
In the meantime, it's been Guacamelee! on the Vita. I haven't installed it on my PS3 because I don't see the point right now. I need something on the go and this was the right game for it. One of my favorite games of the year just for how much fun it is. Right now I'm using my powers to mine all of the chests and hidden areas before I go to the last area.
Walmart has Ni No Kuni for $40 so I plan on picking that up. That's the cheapest I've seen it yet and I want to continue the game before I forget how to play it.
That's all for right now! Thanks for reading!
