Jumping Flash! Review Rewind

Better hop to it.

Ever since the Atari 2600 debuted in 1977, it's been fairly customary for at least one game developer to bring something new to the table just in time for the launch of a new gaming system, or soon after. In 1995, developers Exact and Ultra gave us a little ditty called Jumping Flash-- a game with roots that can be traced back to Exact’s previous 3D platformer Geograph Seal on the Sharp X68000. I remember playing a demo of Jumping Flash back in 1996. After a few minutes of leaping and smashing enemies on impact, I knew I was in love.

When Angelo is away it's all just comics and TV shows, damnit!

Paper Wars: Cannon Fodder Review

It's not the "worst game ever" but that certainly doesn't mean it's good.

Finally joining the WiiWare ranks, Paper Wars: Cannon Fodder has earned something of a reputation thanks to its unique marketing spin. As such, I rarely see any game as a complete and total waste; Zombii Attack is one of those rare exceptions. Surely, it'd be better off buried somewhere out in the desert next to the Atari version of E.T..

Gravitronix Review

Frustrating control and a lack of options produce an undesirable result.

Gravitronix is a simple title created by upstart company, Medaverse Studios. Players will control a small device that can both attract and reflect the floating items on the field. They must keep the items from hitting their shields on one quadrant of the circular field, and ultimately keep the items from penetrating their shields. A single item to bypass the shields will result in loss.
