In the newly christened PB & Jason, issue #2, Jason talks about the Playstation Move. In fact, Jason says everything he can about the Playstation Move. Scott Pilgrim vs. Jason Ross

Jason gives his spoiler-free take on the latest video game movie.

I’d imagine many of you have read many of the mixed reviews for Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. That’s ok. I don’t mind being a little late to the table with my own opinion of the movie. Since we’re a video game site and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World is a movie, I’d prefer not to write a formal review, and instead, describe a little of how the movie works. From my opinion, as well as the others around the web, it should be easy to decide if the movie is worth being seen.

Time Crisis: Razing Storm Hands On Preview

I made it a point to hunt down Time Crisis: Razing Storm at this year's E3.

As a fan and owner of the original three main-series Time Crisis games, when I heard Namco was launching a new Time Crisis title, I made sure to schedule some time to hunt down and play the game at E3. To my surprise, Namco-Bandai's booth didn't actually have the title available to play, so for the first two days of E3, I didn't manage to find the game. Then, on the last day, after playing the Little Big Planet 2 demo in Namco's booth, I happened to find a second set of Move-compatible games against the back wall, behind all the PS3 titles, almost as if they were hidden away. It turned out these titles were various third-party Move games, although it seemed all the reps available at the demo corresponded to each game's respective company.

Rock Band 3 Hands On Preview

Who knew Rock Band 3 was headed to the DS? I didn't.

A surprise for me at Harmonix's/MTV's area was Rock Band 3 on the DS. I actually had no idea it was being made for the platform, and had very little idea of what to expect, though I had a hunch it would be like Amplitude or the iPhone Rock Band, both games I've never played.

So I heard...

Oh no!

On a recent trip to Epcot, a video detailing a new ride, The Sum of All Thrills, caught my eye. In the video, I noticed a few Nintendo-related Easter Eggs, and while I wasn't able to snap a quick picture of either of them, I did manage to hunt down two fuzzy shots thanks to our wonderful internet.

Move Over, Move is on the Move!

How will Sony's Move play out?

Sony’s Move seems destined to have a rough launch between the continued success of Nintendo’s Wii and the imminent release of Microsoft’s Natal. At first, Move appears to be very similar to Wii’s control scheme and some of Natal’s control scheme, but there just might be something beyond the Mii-too mentality.
