I don't get the Final Jeopardy question very often. Hardly ever, really.
Auto Racing And Shooting Weird Things On An Ice Planet. My Gaming Week

I just want to say last night I successfully played along with Jeopardy while playing Grid Autosport including getting the Final Jeopardy question right: “What is the smallest state in area that borders a Great Lake?” The answer was Indiana. I thought it was drop the controller worthy. Speaking of Grid Autosport
At some point I have to make it to the top team. I mean I already hit the Level 10 marker, the only thing left is to race with the Top Team and win a championship…and maybe spin out my teammate. The races are longer but there is only one race instead of two per session which isn’t that bad because I can get a race or two in, save my game and move on to something else.
NBA 2K15 – PS4: I caught the bug to finish off my regular season after watching part of a couple of NBA Playoff games. I have about 20 games left in the regular season with the Milwaukee Bucks so why not finish it before I entertain buying an NBA 2K game for the PC. One game mirrored an SDSU game where the home team was up by 9 with 3 minutes left, and then couldn’t buy a bucket and was down 1 with 27 seconds left. Luckily for the video game version, the Bucks were down by 3, hit a huge 3 pointer and went to overtime where they cruised to a 10 point win.
NCAA Football 14 – PS3: Still using Texas A&M and the games have been a lot closer than my Central Michigan juggernaut that steamrolled through the MAC. I have three games left in the season and Aggies are sitting pretty at #2 in the country.
Medal of Honor Warfighter – 360: I gave up on Battlefield Bad Company because it wasn’t fun. It just dragged from one check point to another. Warfighter is a little funky but at least the action is constant and makes sense. I had one problem early on with the sniper section until I watched some documentary on the Military Channel where they were talking about aiming above the target. I tried that in the game and it worked and I think I got some achievement for using one bullet per target.
*Random 360 Bit: So I saw that I could buy a month of X-Box Gold for $1 and I had $4 in credit (no idea how it got there) so I tried to use it and apparently I need to use a credit card in case I forget to cancel and Microsoft makes $20 off of me. There is no way I'm adding a credit card to consoles because of a certain problem Sony had a couple of years ago. Sorry X-Box, I think I have a couple of 48 hour trials I can dig up and download the free games with Gold.
Lost Planet 3 – Steam
I started this game up last night after Jeopardy and during Raw because let’s face it, some matches on Raw are just filler. Anyways I originally thought this was a first person game even though I think I own either the first or second game on the 360. I played through a couple of missions and so far I’m enjoying the game. The shooting isn’t bad and the enemies are bullet sponges
Plus can you hate a game where you pilot a big robot? Anyways you play as this gun/driller for hire on an ice planet mining for some special goo that provides tons of energy and along the way you meet new folks, pilot a robot, shoot at weird lifeforms and probably discover some plan by someone you respect that you now have to defy and probably end up in some crazy boss fight in the end.
I think there were other games I’ve been playing but I can’t think of them right now. I probably tried out a couple of Steam games I bought that were part of bundles. Oh I did find my power cable for my Vita so I charged that up last night and before I could play anything I fell asleep. I’ll continue to play/knock off games from Mount Backlog on there and maybe pick up the MLB 15 digital game from Walmart. It’s $10 and I’d like to take my Road To The Show character on the road.
Anyways I am off, a Who record I’m ripping is almost finished with side 1 and I need to give side 2 a cleaning before adding it to iTunes. Have a good week!
That’s all for now, more later!
