Yes, I'm feeling a little nostalgic today. Thinking back to the days of videogames and the snack we had by our sides while playing those games.

Cool Ranch Doritos: This was the go to chip outside of the Nacho cheese flavor.

Shasta Cola: Later we would switch to Jolt cola.

What was your go to snack while gaming if you were a 70's Born 80's raised kid?

If you weren't born until the 90's what is/was your retro-snack you had while gaming?

I was just eating cool ranch doritos yesterday. Yummy good.

I dont remember snacking much while gaming except getting potato chip grease on my atari joysticks ha ha.

I remember Jolt and Surge, but not Shasta. That ad remained me of Fanta ads though. Think I prefer the scantily clad women in those to surfer dude.

Same here. I have no clue what the audience focus was with that commercial, lol.

The Dollar General carries Jolt Cola now. It is $1 a can and yes I had some already, lol. Surge came back out too, I haven't seen it in a couple of months though.

I've never really snacked while gaming. Don't want to get my controllers dirty.

I think my top two 80's snacks as a kid were Hi-C Ecto Cooler and Garfield Fruit Snacks. The 80's were a great time to be a little kid.

I think I enjoyed eating fruit snacks and fruit rollups since they werent messy. I cant remember that time much anymore.

Cheetos and M&Ms when I was a kid, but when I was a teenager, those PB Crisps snacks that Planters made. They were like 3-D Nutter Butters.

I was born in the 90s and I'm from Australia, so I don't count. We have weird shit like tim tams And busicuts that are actually your cookies and savoury pies with meat and vegetables in them.

We did have Doritos and fruit roll ups and shit though.

Games weren't too long back then. No time to snack. Now though, it's a requirement or my skillz start lagging. But, back then my friend Sean and I would eat loads of ice cream and get headaches. Oh and you had to have an opinion about Coke or Pepsi. I was a Classic Coke guy.

Now it's popcorn and seltzer water mostly.
