At this point in 2018 I should start focusing in on finishing up any random games I started earlier in the year so I can jump on new games for 2019. In a way I am kind of doing that but at the same time I am saving some games I bought during Black Friday to actually spend time with in a couple of weeks. So on Sunday I jumped into a game I haven’t touched in a couple of weeks because well I would like to finish it before new years.

Need For Speed: Payback - PS4

It has been a couple of weeks, bordering on a month since I was living the Fast and Furious life and after a couple of races I am back in. From what I was told in game, I am three teams away from the big set of races. I breezed through the street race team because when your car is overpower for the class it tends to be a breeze. What keeps getting me however is the offroad section. Usually I don’t have any problems but I am in a race that is going up a mountain and my car feels like it handles with bad steering on ice. It’s frustrating enough that I went and bought a Porsche Cayenne and upgraded everything but I still can’t handle the switchbacks because apparently I need to focus on that balance between speed and knowing when to hit the brakes while turning while having crazy AI try and push you off the side of the mountain. This might be one of those situations where if I step away from it for a couple of days, come back and give it another go, it will be a lot easier.

NCAA Football 14 - PS3

Well I finally led the Duke Blue Devils to an ACC Championship, and their second National Title in 6 seasons. At this point I thought about going to another program but I like Duke. I think what is making this run a lot more fun than previous runs is that I am in a division with three other programs that are consistently good and I actually have to work for wins and recruits.

LA Noire - Switch

So I loaded up my save right before the glitch and instead of making that mistake I did what I was supposed to do and well I got through it. I think I played two more cases before calling it a night. This is a game I really shouldn’t play while watching TV or listening to an audiobook. From what I’ve experienced I actually need to listen to the dialogue.

Pocket City - iOS

I’ve hit the part where I need to boost housing and I’m running out of space. I bought all the land available and I need to hit the 14k population goal. I am currently at either 12 or 13, so I guess I need to fill the remaining space with homes.

WWE Supercard - iOS

I am officially done with this game. I uninstalled it from my phone and iPad. It was fun but I shouldn’t sink that much time into a pay to win game especially if I’m already at a disadvantage by not using real money.

Disney Emoji Blitz - iOS

It was Star Wars original trilogy event where you could buy Luke and Leia, and unlock their pops if you played through the event

01

I feel Darth Vader is overpowered in this game because to stop his force choke you have to hit the main emoji about the board with a powerup, which is difficult. Towards the end of the event it felt like it would force choke the areas where you needed which made it a tad frustrating.

Alright Pixlpeeps I need to get back to adding CDs to my iTunes. Have a good week!

That’s all for now, more later!

Yeah he is. When you finally unlock him and use him, he shows up with two Storm Troopers and takes out a couple of emojis and leaves a rainbow star that can wipe out all the emojis that you swipe with it.

I find your lack of faith disturbing.

It's no match for a good blaster at your side.

Sounds of choking.
