I currently have the NASA/Space X launch streaming on my laptop and they showed inside the vehicle and it hits me, they’re sitting in there waiting for the launch in just under 2 hours. What are they doing? I get they are going over preflight and all that jazz but you have three big screens inside the capsule why not play something? Hell why not watch something, check your email, go Reddit, something. It’s kinda odd the astronauts are sitting there but they are not talking to each other. Either way I’m excited to see this. Growing up I wanted to be a part of NASA but I’m not a fan of heights so that job was out. Anyways it’s exciting to see a launch. Have a good one and WASH YOUR HANDS!

Oh why isn't there an Astronaut simulator game? We have truck driving, farmer, and a construction game, why not an Astronaut game?

That’s all for now, more tomorrow!

I guess you were disappointed there was no launch. My dad was watching and waiting on it too for a while. Well, there's always next time!

I was. I was all excited to finally see the US send people into space but at least we have a good chance today to hopefully see them head towards the ISS.

Go play Deliver Us the Moon. You fly a rocket, float through a space station and drive a moon buggy.

Did they scrub that mission? I heard something like that earlier today.

Ok I'll check it out, thanks for the recomendation.

Yeah it was scrubbed due to weather. Hopefully today the launch will happen.

I watched the launch today. Really cool. Those space suits are spiffy.

I dug'em too. My cousin made a comment that they kind of look like the ones in Pacific Rim.

I wonder is it possible they were talking to each other but they didn't want the comms to leave the shuttle?

I saw some references to this launch on my social media, but had heard nothing about it prior and did not realize it was happening today so didn't make time for it. Lifted weights with a friend all day.

WASH YOUR HANDS FOR 20 SECONDS WITH WARM WATER, WEAR A MASK WHERE DISTANCING IS HARD, AND STAY INSIDE.

PUT MASKS ON YOUR PETS!!!!!

They probably were but they never looked at each other. Eyes were on the monitors at all times. The feed this morning said when they are connected to their seat they have communication in their helmets.

I learned from Disneyland is sing Happy Birthday while washing your hands.

Masks and Pants! (I do love that discussion of dogs wearing pants)

On the Atari 2600, Activision made a game called Space Shuttle.  Also have you ever heard of a game called Kerbal Space Program?  I think those would be considered astronaut simulators.

Thanks for the recommendations. I haven't heard of Kerbal but I will check it out. This morning on the NASA YouTube feed they said there is a smiluator made by SpaceX where you can dock the Dragon to the ISS. I might give that a spin later on today.
