Good morning Pixlpeeps! It is a chilly day here in sunny Southern California. I just finished breakfast, continued a new project and for the rest of the day I will probably be running some errands and or Spring Cleaning. Let’s get started

Chris Watches:

WandaVision - Disney+: WandaVision ended, and it was one hell of a ride. It started out slow but it quickly became a favorite. It seemed that Marvel made an episodic movie that left viewers guessing what was going to happen next. Toss in Easter Eggs and clues in other movies and you could see how everything ties in. What I found interesting was that there were a couple of folks who were spot on in how the story was going to evolve (Humble Brag: I did this with the end of Game of Thrones. The only thing I got wrong was who sat on the throne because nobody saw that, and Arrya Stark’s voyage into the unknown.)

Because I enjoyed this series so much I decided to tackle the entire MCU. That’s right, I found a website that has the order to watch everything including the TV Shows. Of course it starts with Captain America: The First Avenger and ends with Spider-man: Far From Home. For this insane series this is my goal: Watch a movie a day, and if I am in a point where I’m watching the TV Shows, watch two episodes a day if they are one hour, and four episodes if they are 30 minutes. On weekends if I can/want to binge as much as possible. I’m so going to hate the series when I’m done.

Chris’ MCU Progress:

3/10 - Watched Captain America: The First Avenger

3/11 - Watched Marvel’s Agent Carter Season 1, Episodes 1-2

3/12 - Watched Marvel’s Agent Carter Season 1, Episode 3. Episode 4 will be in the afternoon during lunch.

Chris Listens To:

So on my MP3 Drive the portable player on it decided to have a catastrophic crash. Luckily for me the music was fine so I just reinstalled the player and spent the next 4 hours having the program see all of the music.

Pickups

Ok so you know how I said I wouldn’t buy any games? Well it was a sale, it was something I’ve been wanting and it was cheap-ish. On Fanatical they are having their Spring Sale and they had Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition for $13.19 (random I know), a Mystery Game Bundle for $1.89 which yielded Supreme League of Patriots Season Pass, and Black Moon Chronicles. Yeah I don’t have the game for Supreme League of Patriots so Black Moon was basically $2.00. I should have just set fire to the $2. Since I spent over $10 I got a free game and I picked Tomb Raider V: Chronicles. I think I’m missing TR II, III, and IV and aside from all the DLC I would have all the Tomb Raider games living in my Steam Folder.

Alright Pixlpeeps I am off. Have a good weekend!

That’s all for now, more later!

-Chris

I've seen most of the movies already, but I'm not sure I could do all that "at once" in a sense.

Oh it's a lot but as I'm watching through I'm picking up on subtle Easter Eggs that I missed the first time around. Watching through Agent Carter and there are a lot of things that happen in other shows and movies that appear in the show.

I have a friend who goes on long TV/Film watching binges. He's more of a film buff than I am.

I'm looking forward to binging the TV show side more than the movies. The movies I can handle one a day, but the shows always leave you on a little cliff hanger that you want to see what happens next.

I've watched most of the Marvel movies.  I'm not big into comic books but they are fun action movies.  I didn't watch the last Spideman movie because I didn't like the one before it and I'm not much of a Spiderman fan anyway.  I don't watch the Marvel TV shows either.  Outside of the movies, most of my Marvel knowledge comes from the LEGO games and Marvel vs. Capcom fighters.  Heck, I didn't know She-Hulk existed until I played Marvel vs. Capcom 3.  Hey I know!  They should make a Marvel vs. Capcom movie!  Yeah!

I like the shows because they fill in some of the plot between movies and whenever something happens in the movies it affects the shows. This is something I wish DC would have embraced because there is so much content between what's going on in the CW shows and it would add to the events of the DC movies. Of course I wish the DC movies were better.
