I love the older games myself. The only thing I think we can do is preserve likable things for posterity. The day the government outlaws emulation will be a sad day, indeed.

Totally agree. And that's why places like eBay have ridiculous prices for earlier generation software.
Well, I haven't played that game yet, but I plan to. Probably when it comes down to $20. The main reason I haven't tried it yet is because it looks really kiddie. I know I shouldn't judge a book by its cover, but I just feel that I shouldn't be playing games aimed at children.
Indiana has corn fields, mainly. Other than that, there's plenty of forestry, especially south of Indianapolis. Btw, if you don't mind emulation for a game that will never be released in the U.S., I say go for it. The fan translation is really good. PM me if you have any questions. =D
Thanks. You too. I think that Mr. Itagaki did an excellent job with the first one. The second was decent as well, but strangely, not up to the same level as the first. I haven't really spend any time with the third one to compare, but I'll get to it eventually. I really like the arcade style action of the series.
Thanks Joe! Yeah, I really wish that finding a job in Indiana was less stressful than what it is. It really sucks when you have to compete for a minimum wage part-time job these days. I have a 15 pound weight loss goal in mind as well. That's another reason why I have to get outside more. I just wish that the weather would cooperate more than it has been. Good luck to the both of us. =D
Ah, yes. NES difficulty. It's legendary. Kids these days. *shakes fist*
Dying on the last stage sends you back to the last boss in that game. So many tears.
LOL at the Daisy Button. Somebody has to meme that one.
Thanks! I just wanted to let people know what's going on with me a little bit. Did you play Sigma on normal? That's what I did on those games. I had to clear out the tower and head back to Masamune's shop back in town. Got to keep stocked up on healing supplies. heh
