You sir have sold me on the MEG because it has Ruby Rose.
I was a little worried that you weren't going to find games that fit the time periods that you are shooting for, but it looks like you found some interesting stuff.

That's interesting, I didn't know Emerson, Lake, and Palmer did a version of Hoedown. Looks like something new to check out on Spotify.
Thanks! I'm thinking about going back to the Thrift to pick up their other classical CDs.
Oh it's nowhere near as good as TLC's but it's kind of a fun pop-ish version. The positive is that I think in March there's going to be a physical copy which will find it's way into my collection.
I don't think I've ever tried that game but do the characters have the old Playstation boxy features?
Wait fewer pandas? Reddit better pick up the slack and post more pandas during this time
Your plan for BaD sounds good. Can't wait to see which games you try out.
Yeah I'm avoiding flicks that involve politics. There's too much of it going on in the world that I really don't want to watch it in something I should be enjoying. I'll probably catch Vice when it hits HBO or one of the movie channels.
1910's should be an interesting time for games. I think what would be fun for the 10s or 20s (I can't remember the exact dates of WWI) would be Valiant Hearts. I think it is on pretty much every console including iOS.
There were some things I liked about 1Up that I wish were here but overall Pixlbit feels like a close community. If 1Up would have continued I would have probably stopped writing about my randoms years ago, and I think one of the reasons why I am still writing away is because of the people here.
As for BaD I am going to just see where it takes me this year. I may just post a pic one day, write some random novel the next, who knows, but it should be fun.
I will probably be the same way once I finish the game. It's fun but I don't think it's a repeat game for me.
I'm going to check out Streetlight Manifesto on Spotify in a bit when I go shopping for a belt. By shopping I mean I'll look at other stuff for an hour, then go into a clothing store and spend 5 minutes looking at the belts.
I say stay at home, save up the cash, and continue to venture through the Dallas job market. School is a good option but is it something you want to do? I mean you could go, but if your heart isn't in it, it might just be a waste of time. That's my 2 cents.
I'm still catching up on movies. Heck I finally saw Oceans 8 earlier this morning when I woke up way before my alarm. I'll probably catch Aquaman when it hits HBO or I borrow my cousins Blu-ray because I know one of them will buy it.
I need to get back into the wire. I watch two episodes, liked it and then moved on, yet after the Sopranos celebrated their 20th Anniversary I went back and started the series over on Prime.
It seems like Shenmue is getting the Zelda treatment and is getting rereleased on every console. I still regret not buying II on Dreamcast.
