Silent Hill: Book of Memories Delayed Again

The conclusion of Silent Hill month is going to be late.

Konami has confirmed that Silent Hill: Book of Memories has been pushed back again. The PlayStation Vita game was supposed to be released this Tuesday, but the publisher is now saying, "Stay tuned for a more formal announcement."

We all know what the big story of this week, nay this month has been. To be honest, that which shall not be named has been reported on over and over again, and all of us were quite frankly a little sick of it. Thus, we decided to focus our sights on Konami instead. Konami has been a beloved development studio bringing us many classics including the beloved Metal Gear Solid franchise. However, as of late they have not been faring so well. Vita Edition of Metal Gear Solid HD Collection Announced for America

Although already leaked, the official announcement has now been made.

Although originally tweeted by Hideo Kojima, Konami has officially announced the release of the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection for the PlayStation Vita. The port is coming this summer and includes Metal Gear Solid 2 and Metal Gear Solid 3, removing the inclusion of Peace Walked as seen in the home console release.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2012 3D Review

This is the best game of footy you can play on the 3DS, but it still has a lot of room for improvement.

Pro Evolution Soccer debuted on the 3DS last spring as a rushed out launch title lacking game modes and customization options. This year, Konami clearly took the time to make a better game by including a decent variety of tournaments and leagues to partake in.

Konami Updates Silent Hill Release Dates

March is going to be busy.

Survival Horror fans will have plenty to keep them occupied in a few days as Konami has announced that Silent Hill Downpour, Silent Hill: Book of Memories, and the Silent Hill HD Collection will all be released in the second half of this month.

Doctor Lautrec and the Forgotten Knights Review

Cramming every idea into one game does not make it the greatest game.

Dr. Lautrec, a renowned Parisian puzzle-solver, is thrust into the center of a giant mystery that promises to tax your noggin as you seek the rightful heir to the French throne. At least that’s the way the game starts out.  As you work to recover enchanted treasures guarded by cops and secretive knights, you end up doing lots of other things that have nothing to do with solving puzzles. Each segment of the game drags in another popular game component and tries to create the perfect combo-game that will appeal to everyone.  Problem is, no single piece of Dr. Lautrec and the Forgotten Knights is particularly enjoyable, so the end product feels like a mix of bland, sequential minigames with a repetitive structure.

Konami, via a press release, today set a release window for the upcoming HD collection of the Zone of the Enders titles. Expect to pick up a copy of Zone of the Enders HD Collection this fall on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Silent Hill HD Collection Delayed Again

Fans will have to wait a couple of weeks more.

Konami has confirmed a delay in the release of Silent Hill HD Collection. The game was originally scheduled to hit store shelves on March 6th but Game Informer has been informed that the date has been changed to March 20th. This is the second time the collection has been delayed, as it was first due out in January.
