It's morning but my area is having a cold, rainy day today. Outside it looks as if it's perpetual night so it fits the mood perfectly for an Octoberween day. But instead of starting off my day with an octoberween game title I think I'll just stay indoors and either read a good octoberween book or watch a show or movie that fit's the mood of the day. Nothing to dreary but something dark.
Speaking of the dark this sounds like the perfect time to start off the first Octoberween 2015 Video Weekend with a video about the runaway smash hit PC series Five NIght's at Freddy's. It's a good chance you've probably heard of this game (and probably watched these videos) but I thought it would be fititng to share and revisit one of the lore weavers of this complex, behind the story, story of this game series. So here is part one of unraveling the mystery behind Five Night's at Freddy's courtesy of MattPat's Game Theory series.
Make sure to watch the "Let's Play" parody. It may not seem like much but the payoff at the end is "golden"... =D
So what do you think? Is his theory way off the mark? Or are the comparisions too much to be ignored? More to come tomorrow.

Pleasant Dreams tonight....
Never was too interested in the game, but the history and lore behind it is kind of interesting. I read somewhere that WB has signed on to make a Freddy's horror movie!
One time I had a dream that I was at an amusement park and there was a Five Nights at Freddy's haunted house ride. Needless to say, I didn't ride it in my dream, but I think it's interesting that my sub-conscious mind thought of that idea.
Darn those Game Theory vids are great.
