The first month of the new year certainly has been interesting. Some big changes are on the rise next month so if I fade in and out just know I'll miss you all and I'll be on whenever I can. I'll also try to comment on as many blogs as possible but for the most part I'll be lurking in the shadows when I can. I doubt I'll participate in BAD because of this but I'll make an effort to blog as much as I can when I can be here. whow knows things could work in reverse and I be on here all the time. Figured I'd give a heads up to that so worse case ya know. I beat a few games this month, non are really big achievements but still glad can say there finished

Wind Waker HD

Costume Quest 2

Diablo 3 Ultimate Evil Edition (1) normal mode.

Wind Waker I was shocked I beat, I thought I had a lot more game to play but before I knew it after collecting all the triforce pieces I was at the last dungeon and my final battle. I enjoyed it but the ending left a lil more to be desired and like I said I was totally thrown off that the ending was so close by. I really thought I had a few more dungeons to crawl through. I also came to the conclusion that because I didn't mess with the auction house alot I got the swift sail pretty near at the end of the game. I never suspected I'd play a short zelda game, hell didn't know one existed.

Costume Quest 2....ooh where in the seven hells do I begin. I'll just save it for an actual review blog. Coming soon

Diablo 3 I completed my first run of it recently and I can definitely see why people enjoy it for it continous challenge and replay ability then for story. The ending wasn't great and cliffhangers aren't fun when you probably know they aren't making any more expansions for it. How can I tell? Reapers of souls was 1 extra added act. What happened to expansions adding massive content to things? In my own opinion they didn't want to kill of Diablo 3 without giving it atleast 1 expansion but I can tell you they weren't gonna add a fuck ton to it either story wise. Other then that it is actually a fun game. It can be played multiple times for more challenge, there achievements galore, and you can solo and coop it fine regardless of ur choice of class. I played thru on my own for my first playthrough fine. If u haven't bought the expansion, do ur self a favor and wait for a price drop below 20. Only pay more if u buy the ultimate evil edition on next gen.

Anywho that's enough from me, I'm gonna work on my Costume Quest Review now. I would do a bigger review of Wind Waker but ya know, it's probably been done alot so I'll just count my little overview here as it. Hope your all doing well <3

Wind Waker to me felt a lot longer than Ocarina, but I guess that's just me. Or maybe they cut it down for HD more than I thought they did, I know they scaled a couple sections back from the original.

It certainly is not as long as Ocarina, not the HD verison anyway. This one felt so much shorter. I didn't play the original verison so I didn't know they had scaled somethings back. I played the demo for it but not the full release. Gamecube consisted mostly of resident evil and a few other titles for me.

Don't let my shortness rant deter you. It's a good game and the length isn't horriable, just it threw me off that it was short compared to other zelda games I've played. I expected alot more dungeons passed collecting the shards to the triforce.

I appreciate short in RPGs lately. Most of them I can't even finish they're so long. It's very frustrating.

Wind Waker was a bit short, as it had less dungeons.

It definitely is, I was in utter shock. It's a bit disappointing but I did enjoy the game and see why people love it.

Wind Waker was shorter.... I remember getting to the end too and being like "That's it?"

what's going on that's so crazy next month?

I'm gonna be moving! Me and the bf are finally getting our own home together. I'm pretty excited and nervous all in one.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought that same thing!

I was glad Wind Waker was a bit shorter when I played it on the Game Cube. My time is shorter these days. So short games suit me just fine :-)

I won't lie, I do kind of prefer long games. Especially in this case since I was hopeing it would hold my zelda kick over till Majoras mask. I understand having short time for games since my life goes through periods like thatso short games are always nice in those cases.

Now I really need to get my butt in gear and clear out a corner so I can set up my Game Cube and play WInd Waker. And Costume Quest 2 good or bad?

I say go for it, Wind Waker is a good game. I just was hopeing for a hold over for Majora's mask. Costume Quest 2 is a mixture of bad and good. Sadly a lil but more on the bad side too.

I have not played Wind Waker in years but I figure it took me 35-40 hours to beat which seemed about average to me. But I spent a lot of time treasure hunting and tracking down all the hearts and stuff. I was under the impression this hd version had streamlined the sailing with quick travel options and that was the only major change. Did they leave out the 100 lv tower challenge?

There was a level challenge but I pretty much only did it for 30 levels since you had to get a shard of the triforce. After 30 levels and ooh my game not saving so having to do it 2 times pretty much ruined thought of going back to it past that point. I might of missed out on some stuff which surprises me, I had like over the 10 hearts I think I was at 12. I normally don't collect a bunch of the heart pieces regardless of the zelda game I'm playing.

It takes a bit of planning (major potion and fairy hoarding) and serious concentration to pull off. I forgot what you get for reaching the 100th floor, but it must have been good for me to take the time complete it. I wiped out twice on the final floor so I know how you feel and some.lol
