I wasn't much of a Rare fan during their run on SNES so Yooka wasn't a must play for me. Shame about your experience, because there was a lot of hype surrounding this game and it sounded like it was going to be a solid game.

I have Moana on my laptop and I was going to watch it while in Hawaii, but I forgot. Eventually I will watch. 

Since I'm reading blogs from a couple of weeks ago and moving my way towards the present stuff, hopefully you resolved the problem and you and your friend are now roommates. 

It's hot here, but the neighborhood gym just reopened and I want to use it. I might go in swim shorts and just jump into the pool after working out before heading home. The walk back to the house will dry me off. 

You know Grid Based RPGs at first bothered me, but after playing the Nintendo game on the iOS (I forgot the dang name) I kind of dig the gameplay. I should give that genre more play time. 

That's a shame it kicked you off to update. Its a good thing it was only a half hour of gameplay. It stings but it could have been worse. 

Since I'm buying Madden every other year I will give this one a shot. The last time I played the story mode in an EA game was NCAA Football where you created a high school player, played a single season of ball and then picked a school and continued your career there and I think you could import him into Madden.

NFS is a must buy. I might get it for PS4 because I don't care for Origin on PC.

Sorry EA, I haven't been a fan of Live in years. 2K is just so damn good.

Battlefront II with single player. YES! This is the game I'm also buying. 

That Minecraft, it always pulls you back in. Since I'm reading from latest blog to the most recent hopefully you got back into Blue Dragon. 

I didn't know much about this game other than seeing the box art from time to time and I never played Monster Hunter, is this game like other games where you can go and improve your skills with side missions before heading out into the story mode? Hack and Slash does sound like fun, and I do like collecting random items in games. I should check this out. 

I wasn't too interested with Mario and Rabbids. The concept just didn't impress me.

Assassin's Creed in Egypt did sound fun. It'll be interesting to see how they handle the modern times in future releases. I'd like to give this Egypt game a play through.

The first Crew game was fun with the exception that it got dull driving to different cities. The random challenges on the road tried to break up this boredom but it got repetitive. I didn't see their presentation so hopefully there is more to do between the driving between the cities.

From what I played I liked the original Steep. It was like Skate for snow based sports. I'm interested to see what they have planned for 2. 

Those pesky hipster games and hidden messages. Get off my lawn! I never played Life is Strange, and I really should considering how often it goes on sale at least for the PC side. As much as I don't like people forcing their views on Facebook, I'm ok with it on games just as long as it isn't heavy handed...like some folks on Facebook.

Your problem with PS+ is my major issue with the service. I don't want to continue with the service, but I want the games I have from it, but I can't purchase them. It is an insane stance for Sony to have. I'm willing to purchase those games but I don't have an option. 

Rocksmith was an interesting game. Does it actually teach you the notes or is it like tab?

Also hot damn 4:45 is crazy early. 

It is amazing how much they are getting out Skyrim. The game has been out of a number of years and it is still getting pushed on the Switch. Reddit was having fun with this, and one of the images was Skyrim on a Pipboy. 

At first when you were talking about the game I didn't know anything about it, until I looked up the box art. I remember the look of the game because of the art style. It would fall under the games I probably wouldn't play but I do dig the look. 

I like that Microsoft will just install the game straight from their site instead of popping in each disc. I'm assuming if you were not connected to the internet you would get the insert disc and hit A to continue. 

After reading your post there are a couple of games I forgot to add to my list of games I want to play: Battlefront II, Uncharted, and NFS. I was already excited about Forza and God of War, and I read in a previous post about the new Metroid. I'm on the fence about Spider-man. I've been burned by previous games so I'm taking a wait and see approach to the new game.

Nintendo's Arms screams gimmick game to me. The Switch just isn't clicking with me. I never played a lot of the story driven sports games. The last one I really tried was in one of the older 2K games where you create a player, go through the draft, have a rival and then play in the league. I'll play Madden but I'm just not into NBA Live anymore. 

4K just doesn't interest me. I get the picture looks amazing but so did my HD TV. Hell my current TV is still doing a hell of a job, and I'm happy with 1080p. I don't really need the latest and greatest so the new XBox, and PS Pro are not on my radar.
