Quick Hits: Windows Scam Guy, Lego Dimensions, And A Ton Of Music

I have a bunch. I'm debating on hitting the local 99 Cents Only Store today just to see if maybe anything new hit the floor. If not I might buy up the remaining Homer Simpson Level Packs.

I hate those dudes. They prey on folks who don't know any better and then demand a lot of money when they get control of their computers. That's why I have no problems messing with them and wasting their time.

I Think I'm Finding My Groove in Borderlands 2

I'm glad you're getting past the frustration part of the game. The grinding part sounds like a chore but it seems like once you hit 70 then everything is good.

Possible favorite games 1999

I thought 99 was a good year for gaming. I've played all but a couple of the games on your list

Super Smash: I was (still am) terrible at this game. My younger cousins I swear could be pros at this game. Still a lot of fun

Street Sk8ter: I thought it was ok, but I played it long after the hype the THPS games

Pokemon Snap: I watched my younger cousins play it and constantly questioned why this is a game.

Driver: I spent a lot of time playing Driver. It was a fun series.

Syphon Filter: I dug it. It was one of those "must have" Playstation games. I played through that Bruce Willis game.

Jet Moto 3: I don't think I played as much of it as I did the original.

THPS: I loved this game. My brother is a better player than I am. I did however love using all the cheats and getting crazy scores.

Sonic: That game got me dizzy

Jet Force: I found it at a thrift store and played a bit.

DK64:  I thought that game was fun. I didn't play much because I was a Playstation guy

It just didn't click with me. I might have to give it another listen. Usually my tastes change so an album that I don't like I would go back to a year or two later and have a different opinion on.

I think it might be easier to just come back and try and get 100% after you finish the game. You get some new weapons which makes some of the taskes easier.

Hot damn I dig that song. I might have to stream their album to see if I should add it to the library

I rarely buy physical copies of movies/tv shows nowadays. I have a ton of DVDs that I never watch, but I'm ripping them so I can at least stream them to my TV or have when I go on trips. I will buy physical if I really dig the flick or its really cheap. Some of the stuff on Netflix I already own (the older stuff) but at times it is easier to just stream it from there than search for the DVD, but I've thought about buying House of Cards.

I don't know how their license agreement works but I'm assuming its similar to what HBO/Showtime and other movie channels offer. I guess for the smaller flicks its exposure and maybe it will drive more sales of their physical media.

I'm beginning to not want to listen to Carolla. More and more its become more of the same and I'd rather listen to something new. We shall see how much longer I keep it in the podcast lineup.

I tend to jump political parties, hell the last three elections I've had a different party because I didn't like the candidate, or the stance. I think I'm like the majority of folks who like portions of what each major party offers but is tired of all the constant bikering by both sides. Throw some common sense in the mix and I think we would all be in a better place.

They did give some fun flicks some love but when the heavy hitter categories come they are nowhere to be found. I've avoided La La Land because of the hype, and I couldn't even tell you if the other flicks are in the local swanky theater (they probably are).

I didn't know Master & Commander was based off a book. I have to check that out. The lunar lander games are hit and miss with me. I like trying them out but at the same time I tend to overshoot the landing. I do remember playing my uncle's Flight Simulator games. In fact I think I have a boxed copy of one of the floppy disc games in my games closet.

There has to be some acknowledgement of it, and hopefully there will be a festival but after that riot from the last one, maybe they might just celebrate it at Coachella.

Hey there you are! Congrats on the move, it sounds like nice place to live. Also you can't go wrong when there are second hand stores and music stores in town. That is a cute cat and the scratches are worth it. I only played a little bit of Skyrim but I'll check out Enderal
