This game looks like it would be perfect on the Switch.
Nintendo did some amazing work with the N64. I got to it years after it's run but it was a lot of fun to play and the graphics look good.

Have you tried the Carnival game on the PS3? It was one of those games that used their motion controls and you can play carnival games as well as explore the island that you are on.
