c64

16 BaD days remain.

Picked it up on Sunday on sale for 69.95. It's normally 99 here in Canada.

It comes with 64 games but you can use a USB stick or Micro SD card in a USB adapter to expand the collection. It also has a BASIC Interpreter that you can use to load other games.

You can also attach a real keyboard and your own usb joystick.

I bought a hobbyists guide for it from Amazon and I'm having fun with it so far.

I don't think you can use a mouse with it but this one seemed fun anyway.

Haven't really played much yet. The Temple of Apshai games were the ones I played way back then. Also Monty Mole. I'll let you know after I've had some time with it.

I might buy a better joystick. This one is a bit stiff.

Interesting console to make a mini version of.

I see this at Gamestop every time I go in there and I stare at it, thinking I'd like to try it.

That is such a cute mouse!

I swear I had a similar looking joystick a long time ago. It definitely isnt the same type i bet but it brings back memories all the same.

I have no nostalgia for the C64, personally, but I’m glad its mini turned out well for those who do

I never had a C64, and my only memories of it were in the computer lab at my middle school (and even then they were considered old computers).  So I may not get the mini one.  However, if they made an Apple II mini, I'd be tempted.

I saw this at Target a couple of days ago and I like these releases of retro consoles.

I dig that mouse!
