Is The Last Guardian in for even more delays?

Producer of both Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, Kenji Kaido, announced today via Twitter that he is no longer with Sony.  He also is remaining tight lipped about what he is doing next - outside of enjoying his summer vacation, that is.  This is one more big shift for Team Ico who is struggling to get The Last Guardian out the door.

A GameStop employee suggests the video game accessory manufacturer provided the information during GameStop's Fall retail conference.

Rumors of a November 18th Wii U launch date swirled today, when a NeoGAF forum thread was posted revealing a potential leak by Performance Designed Products (PDP). Apparently, at GameStop's annual Fall conference, the accessory-maker revealed it was launching various Wii U accessories on Sunday, November 18th, which lines up with Nintendo's previous holiday hardware release timelines. The World is Yoshi - Mario Mania #4

Mario’s 16-bit debut serves as an introduction to Nintendo’s most legendary console and fleeting farewell to 2-D Mario platforming. And Yoshi.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the 90s. In this era we saw many things; we saw the true start of the (in)famous 16-bit console wars, the slow decline of arcades, the invention of CD-ROM media and the start of a tradition with mainline Mario titles. Take a good long look over this fourth Mario Mania entry, because the 2-D Mario platforming ship is sailing and it feels like a bittersweet moment.

Dust: An Elysian Tail Review

If Muramasa: Demon Blade and Metroid had a baby…
