I'm not sure but I think the cap got raised for the cave DLC. My cousin sold me on it, and I think that was one of the selling points. 

I never finished Splinter Cell either and I played it with one of those cheat discs. Someday I say, someday.

Little Big Planet is a fun game. I don't get why I never continued to play through the other LBP games. 

I should tackle a Metal Gear game this year. I have a couple I haven't completed. 

Battlefront is such a pretty game but yeah without a Single Player or something close to it like the ones on Destiny or The Division the game is lacking. Shame really especially with how good it looks. I'm debating on buying the DLC but since I don't play it often I might wait for a sale.

2017 should be fun with all that Metal Gear. The Playstation game will always have a special place because of one time I was playing it with my friends I think it just got released, and we couldn't find the codec until we tried the one on the back of the case and when it worked we thought it was the coolest thing.

My brother who never played the games is excited to check out the flick, I am just going to wait until it comes out on video (I wanted to write tape, what's the correct term now). I like the concept of the games, but I know the rep movies based on games have so I'll wait.

I dig keeping the resolutions short, and again lots of luck on 35 books and a game a month! 

Haha yeah I played a lot of NFS. It is addicting and before you know it, boom Platinum trophy. 

I didn't get very far into Walking Dead but I did pick up the complete first and I think second season because Twitch gave it away to Amazon Prime members. When I finish Batman I might give it a spin depending on how well Batman went. 

I think the tech is there but at the same time maybe the console folks don't want that open in case of someone finding a work around, or a glitch. I know XBox is offering limited modding to some games now so maybe it's just a matter of time. 

Sorry about the rough 2016 but I'm glad to read that things are much better. Here's to a kick ass 2017!

Awesome pickups! I played the hell out of NFS because it was a Black Friday pickup (I want to say 2015?), I wouldn't worry about Battlefront I am the guy who pads the kill stats for the other team. I think I am a Level 5 player. Enjoyed Mad Max (I bought it the same time as NFS) and driving around was actually a lot of fun. You got a hell of a deal on MK. That was the big game I bought along with the season pass, and yet the only MK game I play a lot is the freebie tablet version. I should have waited. Transformers seems like fun but I haven't progressed past the first couple of levels, and Ratchet and Clank is so much fun. It reminds me of early gaming.

I don't think I ever played Metal Gear during the NES days but I did try it after playing the Playstation version but never got deep into the game. Maybe I should tackle it for 2017. 

I sort of have the same type of list but I didn't keep up with it in 2016, but 2017 I probably will since it will sync to the laptop. In previous years I kept a list of games I beat, the date, and if I achieved a platinum. I leave the ratings for Backloggery.
