It would have been an even better game if it played like Earthbound lol. My guess is that it had almost no marketing but I don't really remember.

Whoa, sweet collection! I am definitely envious of that boxed copy of Super C. That's my favorite Contra game
My preferences seem to run like those of the masses. I voted for Alan Wake but my second choice was Mirror's Edge and then Vanquish. And sorry, Julian, but I've actually played Eternal Darkness already lol.
Yeah, it's the kind of game that just sort of came and went. Didn't make much buzz, which is kind of a shame.
No, probably not lol
It's definitely an odd piece of work.
Nice! You are definitely drowning in SRPG goodness lol. And I've always heard Dissidia was good but it was never high on my list of games to get...but that picture with Terra! Got my nostalgic juices flowing (okay, that was a strange metaphor). I'll be keeping an eye out for it now
That Dave fellow soundsl like an awesome guy! Now is a good time to get PSP games too. I recently finished up Mega Man Powered UP. I second the other recommendations for it mentioned above. And it's got so much content it could keep you busy for a long time. And make sure to grab Jeanne d'Arc. I think you commented on my review of that? Great game
I second that. Deus Ex is one of my favorite games of this generation, despite the boss fights. That one's easily worth $12 by itself.
I just got Hyrule Historia for wife's birthday this week! In fact, her birthday was the 11th...the day you posted this blog. Strange bit of synchronicity right there
I haven't had a chance to do anything more than flip through it yet but it looks really good. And the physical quality of how it's put together is top notch. For anybody else interested in getting it I would suggest checking Amazon. I got it from there for $20.
