About that FF15 multiplayer DLC...

Just wanted to ask if anyone got into the beta and if anyone is playing it? I think I read it's a part of the Season Pass, so I'd have to buy that for this, but it just gives the option to play missions with friends in co-op and it's not a standalone thing? I'm confused. It looks like fun whatever it is and I enjoyed 15. So who has the Season pass or is planning on playing the multiplayer thing? Also, are those other DLCs for FF15 worth the price of the season pass? Had enough game with the base game alone really.

-cheers.

I'm not. Curious to hear about it though.

I just reviewed KIng's Knight a while back, and that's about as close as I'll probably get to FFXV.  How often do they talk about King's Knight in the actual game?

I only remember a pinball game in FFXV that they do talk about. I don't remember Kings Knight. Are you going to review that new episodic 15 game on mobile. It's like chibi baby style ffxv on mobile coming soon. I didn't think the story was so great in xv, so stuff focusing on it doesn't really interest me.

Well it's just that in the trailers for King's Knight, they show what looks like scenes from FFXV with the characters playing on their cell phones in a hotel room, and they'll all like, "Hey, who's up for a game of King's Knight?" And stuff like that.  Which I found kind of humorous because the original King's Knight game on the NES was horrible.  Luckily the new mobile game is better.  Here's my review of it if you're interested.

As far as the mobile FFXV game goes, I probably won't play it, simply because I have too much on my plate right now.  But starting next year, there will be a lot of Square games I'm definitely interested in, like Lost Sphear, Project Octopath Traveler, and the Secret of Mana remake.

Yeah, the Multiplayer DLC can be bought seperately from the season pass. I bought the season pass, but was underwhelmed by the mostly lame story DLC. So I'd recommend not picking that up. I might try out the multiplayer DLC, but it'll be on Xbox One.
