PS2. It's pretty much well suited for any game you can think off. Not ideal but definately great.

This is easy.  Xbox 360.  Best controller I ever held.  For 2d fighting games though, nothing beats an arcade stick.

Gamecube. Robot vomit fits perfectly in my hand.

For me it's a tie between the PS2 and the 360 controller, due to the better pad vs. better analog sticks, respectively.

360, but before then I would have sworn by the SNES.

No question the XBox 360. Also I am apparently one of the few who appreciated the Duke. Fit my hands perfectly.

PS2/PS3. XBox always felt too big for my tiny hands. One underrated piece of gaming control-goodenss for us wee folk? The Microcon for Gamecube. :D

Well although my hands are not small this is a very cool controller for the game cube and i kinda agree the Xbox controller is big and although i like it the ps2 controller always felt the best for me.

Back when I had my Xbox 1 I had this tiny wireless controller that was modeled after one of the S controllers, not one of the huge Dukes. It was awesome because very few controllers were wireless back then and it was a pretty good one as far as wireless controllers went, and it was super comfy, you might have liked that one. It might have been a Madcatz, I don't recall. The mircocon was rad too, it was perfect for people with smaller hands. Does anybody make smaller controllers anymore? I haven't looked into it since way back when I had that small Xbox controller, is there still a market for that stuff?

Xbox 360 controller for modern games. A good arcade stick is the best for old arcade games though.

GameCube. Everything is just so perfectly placed, even if it could use an additional shoulder button. I like the 360 controller but the terrible D-pade ruins it for me.

It's hard to pick one.

NES Advantage

ASCII Pad Pro for SNES

PS2 Dual Shock

N64 controllers worked great for games that were designed for them.

PC. Handles any type of controller with a usb. Cheating I know. 360 has the best feeling controller for me. I love a mouse for shooting things though.

I think the SNES set the standard but the PS2 perfected it. I don't care for how sony rounded the L2 & R2 button on the PS3 controller, but I LOVE being wireless. Give me a wireless PS2 controller and that would be perfection.

I like the 360 controller. It just feels right ergonomically. The Game Cube controller was a surprising second, comfy and everything was intuitively placed.

Whoa..
You trying to steal my job here? LOL

Just kidding.

360 for me. It wasn't TOO big, and it wasn't TOO small. It fits just right in my hands!

The PS2, no question. While the GameCube controller is good the PS2 controller feels just right when playing.
