My main is Pai Chan, the Chinese lady. Vanessa is a good choice as well.

Last full release was Virtua Fighter 5, which was in arcades back when the PS2 was still the big console. They've done multiple refreshes of it, including a recent face-lifted version on PS4/5 and Steam, which was done by the Ryu Ga Gotoku team. VF6 will be the first true sequel in 20 years. Sega should have capitalized more heavily on Tekken 4 being a weak game back in the day.
I'm hyped over the Switch 2. Thinking about trying to get into the Switch 2 Experience in Los Angeles.
I hope Virtua Fighter 6 comes out this year. Tekken seriously needs competition, and I always liked VF better.
I remember reading ths Doom II backstory in the manual. It's neat that Doom Eternal let us see how the actual war played out.
It's funny. I was pretty bored with gaming in the mid-10s. The Switch re-ignited my gaming interet as well.
And it still gets great stuff. I'm playing One Piece Odyssey and Tokyo Xanadu ex+ on mine, and am looking forward to Echoes of Wisdom. My favorite game of the year so far, Unicorn Overlord, runs beautifully on Switch.
Nintendo has always been able to make games look good regardless of the hardware. It's why I still play my Switch even in the era of PS5/XSX|S. I am looking forward to the Switch 2, which should give things a boost on the Nintendo front, but I still see loads of great games on Switch. A lot of them being former PSP/Vita games like Falcom's games.
So, are you voiced by John Travolta?
I've been muddling through One Piece Odyssey. It's like Dragon Quest but with the Straw Hat Pirates. I think it even has the same developers. I'm enjoying it.
Recently picked up Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury. Enjoying that.
Also ordered a physical copy of Princess Maker 2 and played through that.
Mostly been limited to old arcade games, because I've been sick and that's about the extent of my gaming ability right now.
I watched a lot of this stuff when I was in high school. I still watch Simpsons, KotH, and Futurama, and I still pull out the Simpsons arcade game once in awhile. I'm really gotten into Bob's Burgers over the years, and I even went to see the Bob's Burgers movie in theaters. My favorite episode was the one where they spoofed My Little Pony and the "brony" subculture around it.
One funny thing: in the episode where Bart is home-schooled, I was home-schooled, too. And at the time that episode came out, my assigned reading was Johnny Tremaine, which is what Bart was reading. And like Bart, I was a lot more enthusiastic about the book when I read the scene where Johnny's hand got deformed. "They should call this book 'Johnny Deformed!'"
On the subject of Garfield: Did you ever read Garfield: His 9 Lives? Especially that one story. You know the one I'm talking about.
My favorite adult animation in recent years was F is for Family, which is on Netflix and was based on the childhood of creator Bill Burr. It's kind of rough at times, but it's funny and i like the voice cast, which includes Jonathan Banks (Mike from Breaking Bad) as the voice of one of the grandfathers, and Kurtwood Smith (Red from That 70s Show) as the other grandfather.
I have some trepidation about the KotH reboot, since a lot of the voice cast has since passed away, namely Brittany Murphy, Tom Petty, and most recently Johnny Hardwick (Dale).
I was legit surprised by the Chili's BurgerTime game, especially given how obscure BurgerTime is nowadays (despite being re-released on modern hardware).
