I haven't played this since I first got the actual cart back in the day. I should really revisit it. Great game! And there are some surprising jazz moments in the soundtrack. Smoooooth Drac!
I love the weirdo fish theme. I think I have some Darius games on a PS2 Taito collection, I think. I should check that. I've never spent much time with the series.
This game is so dang hard. I finished it on the SNES Classic and the end of it got downright not fun. Cool game over all though. Its sequels are so good.
I have digital copies of Graces f and Xilia but they're so far down the totem pole of RPGs I have, I'll probably never play them.
I couldn't manage everyday in February. I need those weekends off for sanity's sake.

It's good! I'm playing on the second highest difficulty and the battles can be really tense but satisfying.
I'm planning on it. Just need to get this pics uploaded and the blog for today written. There's still time!

I had in-depth BaD plans this year...and then did not have the time to work on it at all 
BUT I came up with a low effort back up plan that does not involve posting music tracks (trying to branch out, ya know?). Hopefully I will have time this weekend to put that together...

Bloodstained is well worth your time! Even with all the Metroidvania's floating around these days—a whole ocean of them!—there is something about that Iga Castlevania feeling that no one else has captured.
