Again, it has been while since I last wrote. I was actually keying up to write about some of the new anime shows I have been watching on WordPress but I just read today that there’s malware in some peoples blogs. I am going to refrain from using it until I know it has been solved; I have no idea if I am one of the people whose blog got affected, so I figure better safe than sorry. Plus I wouldn’t want to have you guys get infected with malware by clicking on my link.

It has been very busy for me since I last wrote, a lot has been going on like always during this time of year for me. I honestly cannot wait for January, when things calm down personal life wise but pick up work wise.  I really like my new job, I do feel more anxious though still probably since it’s my second big girl job, but also getting use to how they do things is a little overwhelming for me. Mainly because they have me on two projects at the moment both half allocated to them. It’s the fact that I know very little about what I am working on because it’s a new space so I feel very lost. It’s only been three months since I have been working here but it has been 2 months since I have been on these projects. So I know I am still learning but getting thrown into something can be very scary sometimes. The people I work with are very nice though and helpful. I do feel that I may be a little overbearing sometimes for them, I consistently ask after I make updates for it to get peer reviewed. But then again I am trying to make sure I am not making a mistake in what I am doing. The co-workers seem to not mind but sometimes I feel they either don’t care about what I ask (i.e. they take way too long to get back to me, or they don’t get back and I need to follow up quickly since I am on a dead line). I completely understand they have other items they are working on, just stinks I have no one else but the other person to go to on my projects. Other than that it’s not a bad job, I do miss working from home and just sitting in PJs all day but I do like going into the office. I am trying though to convince my fiancé that maybe we can move closer. It’s about hour and ten minute drive, which isn’t bad at all, just would be nice to cut the time down a bit to save on gas and putting the miles on my car.

My brother as I mentioned before had gone to boot camp, he sadly didn’t get to walk and had to go to FTU  training for an extra 4 weeks. He is coming home on Dec. 21^st though so I am very excited to be going back down to Jersey this weekend. I took Monday off so I have that day to drive back home so I can spend Sunday with my mom and brother. I will say it was very nerve wrecking waiting to hear if he made it or not. I had booked everything ahead of time for the hotel, so it was more of waiting to know if I needed to cancel or not and I only had one more day for it to be a free cancel. So they were cutting it very close in tell us. My brothers’ letters were more confusing and not very clear on what the heck was going on.  But I am glad he is still graduating, because I know he will pass the FTU training. He missed being able to walk by 5 seconds in his run. It’ll be fun to see him again though because my mom told me he does look different from a photo he had sent home.

So the vacation I had taken that would have been used to drive to SC, I used to stay home to relax instead but sadly was not so relaxing. Wednesday I noticed mold by our sliding glass door and figured oh condensation, no biggy. But then I started to think, this yellow stuff I saw in my bedroom closet, was maybe mold too. So I cleaned that out as well because I started feeling like everything was infected. Later that night I noticed more yellow stuff behind a drawer thing I have and I thought “great it’s going behind my curio and everything” So I slept and then woke up, 6am I am pulling everything out of the curio and I start moving furniture and bam it defiantly was mold. So I moved the bed head board thing out and more mold, which then I saw cracks in the corner of the walls. Well not hard to figure out where it’s coming from since the mold was all over in it. I had some more on the other wall opposite, same thing with the crack, but it didn’t spread as far since it stopped a little before our dresser. So I spent 2 days cleaning that and moving everything back. The only wall not to get mold was out brand new sheetrock installed wall from over the summer. So I think they need to replace it all...because the cracks are starting to get worse. So I may have to talk to the landlord soon if I don’t hear back from her. The maintenance guys came and took photos; I was too impatient to wait for them to come clean. So that was a fun vacation. I proceeded to clean out the kitchen cabinets and bathroom out too because not sure where else it got to. Living room and dining room seemed fine though.

So that my exciting things that have happened so far…amongst other things.

ANYWAYS! So what have I been doing funwise?! Anime, TV Shows, Video Games, and crafting.

I was trying to craft everyone’s X-Mas gifts but with everything getting my way and making me lose time in doing them, I only successfully got two done. One present is my mom’s evil puzzle that was a pain to put together, and my friend’s perler Pokémon. I was going to do a Sailor moon thing with all the sailor scouts for another friend, and all the my little pony character heads for another. Kind of epically failed at all the planning. It was either going somewhere on a weekend or feeling sick or something popped up requiring attention.

TV Show wise I have caught up with Walking Dead (yay!) and I have been watching Psych off Netflix (almost done with that) and then whatever is airing now like my silly reality shows I stream or the random shows I watch off Hulu. I have a lot I am watching. And at the same time I am watching some anime! I started Kiseijuu: Sei no Kakuritsu last night and it is awesome, I wish I had a right hand that could talk to me and do all crazy things the main characters does. So awesome and cute in a weird way. I am also watching these shows I am reading the manga’s to: Akatsuki no Yona (which is really good) and Ookami Shoujo to Kuto Ouji. I also started up the second season of Chaika since I watched the first one, Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works TV adaptation, which I cannot wait for the next movie they have coming out for the third way the story could turn out. I started Akame ga Kill, which is bloody and very cool, I really like the characters. Of course I am still watching Sailor Moon Crystal, because it’s sailor moon! Still watching Fairy Tail, I started Trinity Seven which is meh and Your lie in April (I really like the story for this one). I have some older ones I have sitting in my queue to watch but I don’t see them moving at the moment to be watched. Those old ones being some last season and beyond ones, and I started watching One Piece slowly because Crunchy Roll finally has every episode.

Game wise has been on the slow end of the spectrum sadly. I started up Breath of Fire 3, almost done with that I am about a little more than halfway done with it. One of my goals was to try to beat the games I stopped half way before the New Year and again everything jumping in my face postponed that. I also started Dragon Age Inquisition, which I really like, been playing that while watching the speed runs of the two guys off Twitch playing all the Final Fantasy games. I do throw in some NES Remix 1 or 2 every now and then because I find them addictively fun. And that’s really all I have been playing. It’s not much honestly since I have been mainly watching more TV or Anime shows than wanting to play games. I don’t get home early, I get home around 6pm and I am usually too tired to focus on a game, and then weekends either get filled up or I do get the occasional gaming weekend every now and then. I am thinking of planning a vacation sometime in January, maybe the week of my birthday just so I can have some me time and hope nothing pops up getting in my way.

I have nothing super special going on holiday wise, just good ole quality time with my family and friends. Sorry for the super long post, I got bored at work and wanted to kill sometime and I just kind of kept typing haha. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday and happy new year!
