I wouldn't call it bad but it wasn't good. It also came out when the series reinvented itself with SotN and a year before the Gameboy got its second wind with Pokémon, neither of which helped its reputation

Yeah that's because Konami wants everyone to forget about it. But it's the only one to Star a female Belmont which I thought was really cool.
Stage Select:
3. Church of the Atom (Fallout 3)- I love how no matter what you tell them, they refuse to believe the nuclear bomb they worship is dangerous. You can even blow them all up with it!
2. The Enkindlers (Mass Effect)- Its fun seeing the ancient alien religion theory taken to this extreme. Even more hilarious in Mass Effect 3 when they actually get to meet Javik.
1. Pokémon Gods- I've been a Pokemon fan since day one so it's been fun seeing the religion get created as the series went on. Legendary Pokémon initially felt like Bigfoot or the Loch Ness Monster, then myths like how a Pokémon resurrected others or three created land, sea and air and are in eternal conflict. Then Diamond and Pearl just threw out Arceus, the god of everything and now doesn't try to be subtle about religion. My favorite part of the game's story now is seeing how the new legendary ones tie into the region's own myths and religion.
Cage Match:
Super Mario World was the first video game I ever played and still my favorite Mario. It wins.
My favorite Castlevania game is Dawn of Sorrow and I'd love to see a second collection with Symphony of the Night and the GBA/DS games. I like this collection a lot but am disappointed it didn't have Rondo of Blood, Castlevania Chronicles for the PS1, and the third GB Castlevania. My favorite in the collection is Bloodlines
Can we agree a Community movie needs to be about Abed looking for Troy so he can make a movie about their time at Greendale?
I still like Community season 6. The duds are really bland but there's some really funny episodes in there. And if there's one episode they nailed, it's the series finale. Not a perfect episode but perfect for Community
I have a rule to only go to a wing place that has mango habanero. Not saying they're the only ones I like (though they are very tasty), just that it's a sign the place has their shit together.
Kid Icarus Uprising, while not feeling like a sequel to 1 or 2, laid a damn strong groundwork I wish Nintendo could build upon. Give a sequel analog/motion controls, platforming on land and keep the production values and the franchise could be pretty popular.
Also gave us an amazing episode of Seinfeld
I actually preferred this game to every SNES RPG except Chrono Trigger. I liked the combat's fast, fluid pace and ways you can customize auto battle and prefer its comic book storytelling to FF or DQ's sticking with those tiny sprites to tell it. This was also one of those few RPGs where you actually felt the sting of a character dying in combat. Alys' boomerang was so useful and battles went by slower after she was gone.
Wish Sega made more traditional PS games or RPGs in general, this and Skies of Arcadia are two of my favorite JRPGs ever
