As far as this collection, it's nice, but I have most of these games. I'm tempted to pick it up to have physical copies of them, though.

I have 30 games in my backlog, but I checked last night and noticed that only 9 of them are from this year. I played and finished a lot more games this year.

Dark Souls is one of those games that sadly went under our radar. Not that we don't agree that it's a worthy game, but I don't think anyone on the staff has played it yet. I'm still trying to get back to Demon's Souls for my Travel Log series.

I'm not a big fan of Darkstalkers, but I think the character designs are some of Capcom's best. I love Dimitri and Talbain, and would love to see them rendered in the Street Fighter IV engine.

This all sounds great, but I still remember Way of the Warrior, Naughty Dog.

I haven't either, but I've heard great things. I know the games are pretty janky, but they do some interesting things with the FPS genre.
