Probably the Resident Evil movies are my favorite. I like how they are mostly action and visuals with minimal dialog. Milla Jovovich is a great protagonist too and adds a great presence. I like those movie's style, in other words. 

I watched most of the Resident Evil movies when they came on TV.  There got to be so many of them it was hard to keep track!

Millia Jovovich is pretty cool, but I don't really know why.  She cracked me up in The Fifth Element with that red Raggedy Ann hair and weird outfits.  "Autowash."  "Multipass."

One movie I think I forgot to mention in the podcast was Rampage.  My brother Jeff and I played that game a lot when he was a kid so we had to see it in a theater.  At the theater, the little girl behind us was very concerned about George the Ape's welfare.  She kept asking her dad if he was going to be OK.

Not a video game based one but the Underworld series has a similar allure to me as the Resident Evil movies. It's more about style than content. I kind of like that, reminds me of Mad Max: Fury Road in that way. 

My mom liked the Underworld movies because they have vampires and werewolves in them and she likes that kind of stuff.  I think vampires are gross, myself.
