Technicality and The World's End

I'm borrowing my friend's internet to type this, will get back to regular posting (maybe, might have a lot to do in the station/for school) Monday, when I get my own internet for an exorbitant price. Might drop a couple charges in the coming months, but for now it's a but up there for security reasons.

At least now I'm free for the guy to come between one and five. Yeah, the class was cancelled. So I've had to return one book, and will need to call Chegg about returning the other one. Something is up where only one of the books I ordered can be returned online ... the hell? Well, at least now I know they have a phone number; I seriously thought they were online-only for some reason.

Friday after moving in, I saw The World's End. My friends loved it, I really liked what I saw of it. Started drifting off really badly and getting a weird high halfway through, probably due to lack of sleep.

Other than that, I need to re-teach myself a couple things in the radio station before things get crazy; yesterday what happened was the computer's fault, and that was a massive headache (and not worth it), but I want to make sure all self-induced headaches are diminished or non-existent.

Well, you all take care. I am going to see how long I can survive on Apple Jacks, pb&j sammiches, bananas, eggs, and chocolate milk.

Hmm, I wanna see The World's End but I'm not sure if I should see Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz before it. And as for bananas and eggs, they're pretty healthy, my ma makes me eat one of each every day during the school year!

The movies are pretty loosely connected, save for the fact there's a twist in each ..

Yup. Spending that money. Also gonna have to get a leak fixed on my car. Not feeling great right about now.

Cars are the best and worst things ever. When they work they are amazing, but man I hate making sure they work.

Yeah, that was always my dad's line about technology: "when it works, it's great."

college books are such a steal. I hate when you buy a book then try to sell it back they only give you pennies on the dollar for the book, claiming there is a newer edition yet sell the book they bought from you for almost the same price as a new one! their almost as bad as gamestop!

I loved Shaun of the Dead. I loved Hot Fuzz. I still wonder if I'll like At World's End. Wasn't that one movie called "Paul" suppose to be the third movie in the trilogy though.

Actually, Paul isn't from Edgar Wright.

I didn't even know there was supposedly a trilogy until I learned that from my friends' conversation afterwards.

As for text books, hey, looks like I can get my money back on all accounts.

I saw The World's End this afternoon and LOVED it. Best film of the summer. Not sure where I'd rank it within the Cornetto Trilogy but it is easily on par with Shaun or Fuzz.

Hot Fuzz is my favorite I think.

I hope it comes to Colombia. I hadn't seen Hot Fuzz, but I did saw Shaun of the Dead this year, and I LOVED it. Probably should see Hot Fuzz before The World's End.

These movies are very, very loosely connected far as I can tell, other than the same group making them, and them all having some sort of twist.

Chocolate milk and Apple Jacks? Throw a couple cups of coffee into the mix and you will be a machine, lol. I plan to see The Worlds End this week, I really like everything those guys have done, should be good.
