I remember enjoying it, and I definitely remember playing the game a for a decent amount of time, but maybe I didn't get as far as I would have liked or something? I'm honestly not sure. I wasn't saying one way or another about its quality, obviously you seemed to really enjoy it given what you wrote in the blog, but my memory is still foggy. 

I really need to buy some liquor, that will probably bring a few things to light again.

If not, my bad. I know what you mean about jarring violence in something seemingly more cartoony, although in my opinion, that might be when it works best, simply because of how off-putting it is.

Lol he's my friend and doing me a favor for free, so I can't approach it like "your job to me is to" when it's really a favor. But I will ask what else I can do. He says don't run, cause that causes injury more often and you can burn about as much fat just making that hill higher for yourself. I'll see if he has any other ideas, though. If not, I'll lve. 

Is Shovel Knight not on Steam? I don't see it in my search.
