Yeah, I never saw the Alien films .. or played Blood Dragon or any of those newfangled neno-styled "80s-themed" games for that matter.

My knowledge of 80s aesthetic is mostly based on music videos.

I never played any FF games, I just know that scene exists because people bring it up all the time. Tongue Out

Early Valentine's Day for me

The Lego Movie I want to see this weekend, because only the sour-grapes critics have given bad reviews (96% on rottentomatoes/93% audience, whereas The Monuments Men is at 34%/56% audience ... I bet it's not that bad, but all the reviews seem to use the word "flat"), my favorite TGWTG personality, Brad Jones and his friend said it was the best comedy in years, for kids or not, and the trailers already looked solid to me.

Takes all kinds, I guess.

That's cool about your grandma.

I'll be live streaming the games in my office while I read before class. Thanks for reminder.

We were CAs (Community Assistants) as opposed to RAs (resident Assistants) and did everything any RA would as well as promoted and oversaw programs in the dorms/residence halls/what-have-you. I promoted to AHD (Assistant Hall Director my senior year.

As for tips, the people who don't tip despite good service are NEVER former servers. Every time I hear the argument "but all they do is ... " I want to force that person to work the job. The lack of empathy is a huge societal problem we have, beyond just tipping culture.

And yes, norway is nice, ya.

Muse Uprising is great, and by far the least embarrassing non-orchestral song on this list. lol

I love the Giacchino Star Trek theme too, though.

I like the Paramore songs as well, they're catchy, and the video with the Guinness records is cool.

I like GoT's theme as well, might rent those from Hastings like my friend Wes and his gf did,.

I'll admit liking that Call Me Maybe song as well, though I haven't heard it since 2012. I also like Party in the U.S.A. ... we can be embarrassing song buddies. lol

Not that big on Don Omar. I see him in the video, but where is that Spanish robot that's doing all the vocals?

We have a lot of Eagles at KSAU, but not that song it seems. My favorite by them is One of these Nights. I recall Adam Carolla really hating them. They're the only ones I remember having more albums sold for their Best Of than Michael Jackson's Thriller at at least one point in time, making that album #1 of all time.

I don't mind Lady Antebellum, but not my favorite.

That "All Gold Everything" is everything Lorde and myself hate about modern rap songs, but at least you admit it. lol

Well they did it for PS2, and ask any psychologist and they'll tell you past behavior is the best available (not perfect, best) predictor of future behavior, so ... I don't know, but I could see that.

WiiU's pluses are interesting to read about.
