I like the art style in that third picture of Lara, and Ilike UFO. I honestly don't know how interested or not I can get in the console war any more. I doubt I will get either system, so I just really don't care, honestly.

I liked the look of their mag, but I'm with halochief, I haven't trusted reviews overly much since EGM.
I actually might be able to play something like that on my laptop now, too! Exciting!
Dammit, I still haven't chosen a service provider for my new apt. and I move in next Friday.
What ThatKidOverThere said I think is the best cheap option.
If you have a little more, I bought an ASUS for about $400 recently, but I'm not sure if that deal is still going. It was on Newegg and Amazon. Model K55N-DB81 if that's in your price range.
That was nice. I guess it was good that you posted a soothing song when something rather frustrating just happened to me. I'm still pissed off and conflicted about the timing and nature of the thing ... doing this to me, but hey nice song. lol
Define "realistic." Are we saying like simulators, or are we talking about how people conflate a darker tone and more serious themes in Batman movies with "realistic."
In general though, I'd say I tend to prefer over-the-top stuff.
No idea what the original sounds like, but this sounds really good!
Did you find an acoustic guitar, or is that being simulated in the program you're using?
Most of what I had was based on Star Wars Episode I ... so get ready for your heart attack, grandpa, this has been going on for some time.
No, I know what you mean. Rather than instruction-driven sets like what I had, I think kids learning to play with their imagination is better. I'm a little biased because my cousin, who has a double Master's in MIT and works on secret government crap, played with them as a kid, and I've always heard his interest in engineering was somehow tied to it.
Me, I was reading reviews for movies in the papers at three, so I was always quite advanced when it came to English ... would have liked someone to tell me print media and not talking like a fifth grader would die with the internet. At least I'm decently tech-savvy.
I liked K'Nex a lot as a kid though. I was ... different.
