Ok, comments are there now. Glad you got Wreck it Ralph. Didn't see your conclusion before, could Link, my avatar, be the one of whom you speak? lol I changed to him for March.
As for game world, I think you'd fit best in the Mushroom Kingdom, I'd imagine you being Toad or one of Toad's friends.
I don't know what game world I'd belong in, really.
The fixer-upper in chief is Nick Dimola (I really hope I spelled that right), he's been doing a fantastic job of updating this site since us 1uppers got here, and he welcomes suggestions. Just keep in mind he and the rest of the people that run this site have day jobs, as I don't think Pixlbit is a huge revenue source, so be patient, but he seems to crank out solutions in no time, so I definitely think it's worth bringing to his attention.
And now, to click and comment on your links.
I've had about a year long of a gaming lull, which is more or less still going, so no complaints here. lol
Reading: I think I'd love that book, especially since I've always wanted to live in Seattle, and I like steampunk aesthetic. What is your favorite independent book store? I think mine is Half Price Books ... at least, I think they're independent.
Listening: Saw your facebook posts on this. I guess I've been luck with Fed Ex/UPS, but glad it got to you in one piece :) I don't know how many game soundtracks I'd buy. The only OST I own of anything is Star Wars Episode I
Volunteering: I need to do this while I'm not working, I need a reason to get out other than working out; it's Spring Break and I was lucky just to get my friend to agree to dinner tomorrow, what is my life?! lol That's really cool that you're volunteering, though. It's been a while since I helped out at the old folks homes. That Asian beetle costume sounds cool, can't wait for the pics. lol
Itidarod: Let us know who wins!
Outdoor: It's been gorgeous outside here as well, so I've been doing my walks regularly again, and Clinger seems to have promptly become an outdoor cat. I woulsn't try to walk him like you do with Bandit, though. I think we tried a long time ago, and let's just say it isn't worth the trouble. lol
I had no idea the ratio was that unbalanced for sugar to syrup! Sounds like a real job! Look forward to the pictures.
Never really played Harvest Moon either, but it does sound relaxing.
I've never been interested in FF games, just cause I'm not a JRPG guy, but I really wish I had a 3DS to play this on, cause I love rythm action and I'm sure I'd love the music.
I think my favorite will always be either 1 or 2, much of that is nostalgia.
I did not know that, and I never really toyed around with character customization systems, but they're so cool to have; sounds awesome. I remember when 1up had a contest in one of their threads for coolest Soul Calibur character creation for Soul Calibur III or IV, I forget.
In my case, nostalgia has A LOT to do with it. I still love the song, but it's the memories it brings back that really put it up there in my case.
I have to say, I thought about you when I typed this, it seems like a game you'd enjoy.
Sadly, no, I never tried those games you mentioned. Friends had Wii Fit and Wii Sports, but I never owned Wii, so that's as close as I got to playing a sports game on there.
Let me just say this about Green Day: I grew up without MTV, and was always totally oblivious to how bands looked. I kind of wish I could have kept it that way when they started wearing eyeliner, cause I actually liked American Idiot. lol
Silverman can be very funny or very annoying, but I usually find her to be the former. She has a lot of offensive material, so that coupled with the voice, I can undertsand why people don't like her, but I do, I find her attractive, and Vanellope was my favorite Ralph character.
I still can't remember if it's supposed to be long or short "o" on Gotye, but I've heard it long most often, so I went with that. lol
