So Missile Command: Recharged is a mobile only game, so don't go checking it out on Xbox because you won't find it.  It is a nice little mobile game, though.

I sitll can't recommend Gigantosaurus, though.  Maybe try Super Lucky's Tale on Xbox.  i reviewed the Switch version of that.

Oh man, Bubble Bobble is brutal.  So if you do manage to beat it, you get a bad ending and are told to beat it at a harder difficulty with a code.  If you beat the game at the harder difficulty, you'll get a better ending, but you are told that to get the best ending, you must beat the game on hard mode with TWO players!

And thanks for reading!  By the way, Missile Command: Recharged is free to play, so if you have a mobile device, might as well!

Oh but they have adapted Tamagotchi for mobile devices!  I even wrote about it:

The Pac-Man Tamagotchi is even more simplistic than the regular one, so I'm not sure if it would hold kids' interest for very long.

Review of My Gaming Session

On the Xbox 360, Dig Dug was one of the few games I got all the achievements for.  Digging all the dirt was tough.  I have a Dig Dug arcade machine in my garage.  Did you know that Dig Dug is Mr. Driller's dad?

The Doughlings graphics look pretty good.

I always enjoyed playing LifeForce when I was a kid.  I mostly rented it on the NES, but I did see it in the arcade once.

My friend and I rented and beat Castlevania II: Simon's Quest when we were kids.  But when I tried to play it again recently...ugh, horrible.

Yeah as much as I like New Horizons, I think SO FAR, New Leaf was a better game.

Gamer Score Challenge and Lots of Arcade Games

I looked on my PS4 and Switch and none of the Konami collections and Capcom's Beat 'em Up Bundle are on sale on those systems.  They're all still 20 bucks.  Bummer.  I know that 20 bucks isn't bad, but it adds up, and if they were 7 bucks or even 10 bucks I'd get them.  With everything going on right now, I think video game companies should step up and put some of their older digital games on sale.  I know they can't do that with new games, but especially with old game collections, I don't think it takes a lot of work to poop one of those out.  It's sad because I see a lot of indie games on sale, but not games from big companies like Konami, Capcom, and Namco.  Oh well, sorry to get on my soapbox.  I've been hearing about that Cosmic Star Heroine on this site, and on the Switch it's only 3 bucks, so I may get that.

Oh man, I wanted to review the Capcom Beat 'em Up Collection when it first came out, but I was denied!  Is it on sale?

I didn't know that the Konami collections were on sale.  I didn't get them at first because they were digital only and too expensive, but I might check and see how much they are now.  I imagine you got them on XBox, I wonder if they are on sale on PS4 or Switch as well?

Sneakity Sneak

Yeah I don't like stealth games.  You do a lot of 'not pushing any buttons' which seems kind of the opposite of a video game to me.  It's just not fun, although walking around in a box made me laugh in NES Metal Gear.

Sneaking around is my least favorite part of Zelda games.  Luckily those sections don't last very long.

I also hate it when they put a stealth section in a game that you can't get past unless you avoid all enemies, even if you can clearly defeat them.  That happened me to me in Beyond Good and Evil, and that's why I stopped playing it and am probably the only gamer in the world who does not like that game.

There is one game I played where sneaking around is fun. And that's the Ape Escape games.  You have to slowly sneak up behind the monkeys to catch them, but if they see you and run away, the penalty isn't too steep.  You just try again or chase after them.

Retro Review: Castlevania Bloodlines

Since I never had a Genesis as a kid, I didn't play this one until the Genesis Mini came out with it.  I didn't play it much, though, because I've never been able to get into Castlevania games for some reason.  The one cool thing about this game is that it says one of the characters you can play as is from Texas!  But my favorite Castlevania game is still Kid Dracula.
