I just remember it being a big deal on PlayStation, but it actually started out on Saturn. I don't see how you fucked up, I think it is pretty cool you have the game on its original system and that you have a Saturn. I remember renting one from Blockbuster when I was little.

I've never replayed an entire series though, so I dunno about going in order upon REPLAYING. 

The music is honestly a big part of why I like driving around in that game.
