I get like three notifications for certain people. In one case, it's cause I've followed/unfollowed too many times, but there are a couple other people for whom this happens that I remember doing no such thing for. I'm gonna go look at the Blogs tab to see if I missed anything else.
Haha well that's what I was planning on doing, but it's nice to have the answers in one spot for my convenience.
And actually, there's a trainer on here (Playdos), so that makes two people probably more fitness-minded than me, if not more. I honestly just blab about it more to keep myself in check and pat myself on the back while looking for attention, cause I'm SUCH a cool person. lol I did write an article about the benefits of gamifying life for plus10damage.com that's under review though. Diet and exercise are definitely a bit more fun for me at least when looked at as adding stat points to my "character."
I need to eat more eggs, burn more calories and spend less money, but dammit it's summer and I like my A/C!
I also tend to do other crap while on Netflix and wind up having to rewatch things later. This is partly why it took me days to watch The Karate Kid, though I ultimately full-screened it once Miyagi started having Daniel-san do house chores, with the occassional break to message a Facebook friend. I'd watch Continuum, but I'm a bit burned out on watching TV shows on Netflix right now, so I think I'll go back to using it for movies I haven't seen, but everyone else considers classics. I'll let you guess what those are.
Being not a fan of turn-based anything, I have no idea what you just said about Hearthstone et al., but I will gladly take any and all PS3 games you don't want ... along with a PS3. I'm currently playing and fiddling with the PC settings for Arkham Origins and Resident Evil 4.
I have been reading much the same, though I have started to re-read a couple research articles I plan to "report" on for plus10damage.com. I too have strong opinions about the events in Ferguson.
I think technically Cary might be the most fitness-minded one of us, he's just not as boisterous about it as I am, cause of my inferiority complex. I am taking a break though. I would totally eat stupid shit like that even on a diet, but I'd fast for the next two days after a meal like that, minus maybe protein powder. That's definitely not what's happening right now, so feel free to call me a fatass.
The pair of jeans I'm wearing is starting to pinch a bit at the waist for the first time in months and I could not care less. I'm currently 5'9" and 165 pounds, making me dangerously close to being overweight on the BMI scale ... which is a completely bullshit scale, but still makes me laugh.
Having said that, I'm helping an old friend move some heavy objects after work and will probably start getting back on schedule if not today then by Monday. Ijn the meantime, this heat has frozen yogurt place Chilly Fillmore's calling my name and Cary mentioned Pizza Hut's Ninja Turtles promotion; I'm curious about Michaelangelo's pizza. And hats off to you, cause damn do I love tamales. Every Mexican friend I have on Facebook jokes about that being all there is to eat at holidays and I love when my mom's teacher friends give or sell us a bunch at Christmas. My white Irish ass probably loves mashed potatoes and sweet mashed potatoes most of any holiday dishes, but damn would I not mind tamale holidays!
As a side note, I recently watched a Guardians interview where Chris Pratt talked about how fleeting fitness can be. I can attest to this, because my friend went on a 1,000 calorie, other limitations diet to get pretty ripped for a competition, but not two weeks later he looked about the same as before when he backslid just a little after winning first place in his homoerotic-whatever competition. Oh and he was a cranky mess and that caused problems between he and his girl apparently. Meanwhile, I was starving last Fall (2013), or "in kitosis" or something and eventually dropped to 147 after some food poisoning. Not healthy. What I'm saying is EAT PEOPLE!!! Six packs are barely worth the hassle (though I'm still gonna try for one) and hanger is a totally real thing!
Ha I didn't know any of that. I mean I definitely turned anti-aliasing and shadows down only after the screen went black except for health bars during the Killer Croc fight, but that was only due to fumbling around and lowering ALL THE THINGS! lol Thanks for the advice, it's good to know someone who knows about PC gaming.
I hope I do. I liked Karate Kid well enough as it is, and I do love a good underdog story.
Oh God, LeBouef is a guy named Joe's boyfriend. I'm not a fan of this. Not at all. lol
I think it was the sweet tea. It was fine after I water bended it out.
I can enjoy in some way how disturbed I can get from watching cynical movies about the worst of humanity, like Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer. Speaking of which, I knew I recognized that blue guy in Guardians of the Galaxy! Damn Michael Rooker, you typecast. Anyway, I think the director of Nymphomaniac is also the director of Anti-Christ, which I saw Oancitizen/Kyle Kalgren do a review of a while back, so the cynicism doesn't surprise me. Nor does the worst of humanity being showcased. I mean, come on. Shia LeBouef is in that movie. It's a bit hard to not do that.
I still have yet to watch anything but part of the very first episode of classic Doctor Who, though both old and new series are in my Netflix Watch List.
Is the moon crying blood? That picture kind of reminds me of both Majora's Mask, because of the moon, and Twilight Princess, because of what I am guessing is a wolf in the van?
