Thanks for extending the invitation to us. We recieved no such special treatment from IGN. I created an account over there a few days ago, but I think their site is just aweful. Considering how much presence they have in the gaming community, their blog, a community of real people, is tucked away in the dark recesses of their site away from their glorious ads, as if ashamed. Honestly, IGN looks like giant billboard! 

What I appreciated about 1up, is that they featured their community of bloggers on the front pages as equals to their writers. I can't think of any othe site that does this, except maybe here. 

The follow feature was a tremendous addition. I found and followed everyone painlessly and easily. I appreciate that.

Thanks for your article. I'm glad to see niche games like this covered on your site. I have a similar type setup for my party in the demo. I'm not useing a Runemaster or Sniper, but I will try them out. This is my party:

FRONT: Landsknecht,  Dancer, Fortress
BACK: Night Seeker, Medic 

I think the game is as difficult as the previous entries. I don't think it's that welcoming to new players. I've played through the previous games and chipped away at them for years. Yes years! I think you have to have a certain level of patience to appreciate this sort of game, but I'm glad it exists. I'm also glad I'm not reviewing it. My review would be ready in 2014.

The future is on the 3DS as far as I'm concerned. I can already stream to WiiU gamepad and PSVITA. Isn't the GAIKAI stuff supposed to be paid services like PSN and Live? It's too soon to tell.

Vampire Diaries is bad? I shall shelve my TV review ideas then. I was going to post blogs about Being Human and Arrow. I think I'll just stick to games then.

Thanks for the compliments. I love D+D. I was listening to the soundtrack on youtube today. Another aspect of the game I enjoy, the music. I'm trying to finish the game before the release of Dark Arisen. I've only tried the Assasin class and the class before it, the archer or rogue or whatever. I'd like to play through as a mage or knight. For now, I'm an assasin. 

I'm not sure what to make of the demo. I remember enjoying the PSP game, solo. You started off with small quests and then lead up to a boss battle. The deme starts you off solo with boss battles. I think part of the fun is crafting. I hope that game is fun with more people.

Depression is unhealthy. Sorry to hear that you went through that. Music always cheers me up, as do long walks at the park while listening to podcasts and audio books.

I just finished the 3rd game last month. I deiberatly waited to play it away from all the noise and hype so I could get an unbiased perspective on the game, well unbiased as much as possible. I feel that the world and universe in the game can stand apart from the core game play and compares to classic sci fi film and tv like Star Trek and Star Wars. It's a very good stand alone sci fi series.
