Damnit...  I clearly was't drunk when I wrote my last Stage Select, but it sounds like something I may have written while drunk.  I was missing words, and letters and other stuff.  HOW DID I MISS THE SUPER BEFORE METROID?!?!?!????!??

RE2 is a phenomenal game.  I have only finished Claire A, but I think that alone is enough to justify the purchase.  I am still amazed at how it reminds me of the original, how it it's exactly how I remember it, even though I know it is not.

Stage Select:
You ask me what kind of Retro inspired indie game I would make.

I just want to make a blatant Metroid ripoff.  not story or setting.  Gameplay, map design, sequence breaking.  None of this Metroidvania crap, which is too loose of a term.  No level, everything is skill based.  if you can wall-jump and access an area, by all means go and get that item before everybody else.

I am at NEST with Claire on my first run.  I love it.

I have seen a handful of screenshots with some cringe-worthy dialogue.  Definitely did not sell me on the game

the Mediocre Bowl was on in the background and really just gave us a reason to drink beer with my brothers and let the girls play together.

To be honest, when Julian said there was a surprise during the music episode, and i saw you were on it....  I just assumed the suprise was you becoming a permanent host.

I thought it worked just fine, my bigger issue is it happens at like 75% campaign completion and then I fought the final battle at 87%.  It would have been nice if they gave him a little more time as the big bad.  

It has been hard to find the time to come and visit Pixlbit.  I miss it some days.

I wish I could play more games, but between infant daughter and a relatively new job I only have a couple hours in the morning on the weekends.  Which means it will probably take me a month to beat RE2.

You mean to tell me, you don't think a man of such great intelligence could develop and execute such a sinister plan in the matter of a week?
I think you are wrong sir, I trust his intellect and villainy.  It may have come a little quick, but I was not pulled out of the game.

I am willing to say God of War was my favorite game of 2018.

I did replay Bloodborne and fell in love with it all over again.
