Listening to this whole album on Apple Music. It's absolutely beautiful. KnightDriver and Snee get on this!
I heard this Django Reinhardt tune the other day and my eyes popped out. Fripp studied Django as a youth, and this song sounds surprisingly like Starless.
The actual tune is a russian march called Polyshka Polye. Mike Scott used it in the Waterboy's Red Army Blues too.
That's cool! I love tracking down the origins to tunes.
dammit Mothman, I'm too old for new music! 
LOL, I thought you'd appreciate the ambience of this piece. Technically it's not new either. Fripp wrote the reoccuring melody for Starless back in 1974 so you're ok. :)
