Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition

My friend Mark just told me about this remaster of Bulletstorm coming in April. It's being published by Gearbox and will have new modes and levels. Best of all, if you preorder it, you'll get to play as Duke Nukem! They recorded all new dialog for the campaign with the voice actor John St. John, the original voice of Duke Nukem. This feature puts this in the must-play category for me and I'll be preordering it sometime closer to the release date.

Gearbox seems serious about bringing back Duke Nukem. I hope they can do the kind of jobs that were done with Wolfenstein and Doom.

Duke in Bulletstorm is like a perfect match. I can't wait to hear his goofy dialog.

I played and finished the original on the PS3. I enjoyed it. Probably not going to get this remaster though as it's full price and I only paid $10 for it on the PS3.

I was surprised it was going for $60. It's on sale right now, but only 15% less. I think the Duke Nukem factor is going to win out for me though.

Ill probably get Bulletstorm but it might not be on release. April might be a very low buy month since the Switch releases in March and its also Patricks Bday that month so Ill be getting hit big time. Im not worried about missing out on the Duke Nukem extras because I honestly just am not big on the character. I did enjoy Bulletstorm on PS3 so Im happy they remastered it.

It's got new levels and various fixes. I fondly remember Duke Nukem from the 90s. All that stupid humor. I thought it was funny in the Game Awards show trailer that Duke's few lines were almost completely bleeped out. Bulletstorm was already a whole lot of silly swearing, how much more will Duke bring? I'm actually kind of scared to know, now I think of it.

Well hell, I'm usually against remasters but if you can play as Duke, than why not. Funny/sad thing is I didn't know if I owned a copy of Bulletstorm until I checked Backloggery.

My friend Mark was way into it when it came out. I got a copy later, but only played about half of it. I'm excited to play it all with Duke. The dialog and cutscenes in the game are already totally rediculous. Reminds me of Far Cry Blood Dragon in a way.
