Bought some stuff today on trade-in credit.
Battlefield Bad Company 2 ($5) for 360 because it just became backwards compatible on XBO and I never tried it. Played some of the first game and liked it until I got sniped like crazy.
Blastertron ($15) was the one Skylander Imaginator I really wanted. I mustl like robot designs.
I got the King Dedede ($9) amiibo. I like a lot of the Kirby game character designs. I always wanted King Dedede and it was on clearance.
Nice pickups! I think I played Battlefield BC2 but I don't think I ever finished it.
GameStop has a lot of interesting stuff on clearance right now. My local store has a couple of Skylanders Racing figures. I should check the closest store to me to see if they still have the Black version of the game. I wouldn't mind getting it just for those figures.
I'd be all over those clearance sales right now if I wasn't one step away from homelessness. Oh well, maybe someday I'll get myself together enough to renew my shopping sprees.
Bad Company! Love those games! Played the fuck out of them until I burned out on FPS and haven't played any since!
I distinctly remember playing the first one and really liking it, the story, characters and gameplay until I came to this field and got sniped all full of holes. It really frustrated me. I blew up this house all to heck though. That was fun.
I was gonna really get into amiibos with Super Smash Bros. for 3DS but the game kind of disappointed me. I still might buy a few for collector's purposes though. I'll just leave them in the box.
I've been getting them just for the shelf, but since Hey! Pikmin uses them, I've been unboxing them. I have a display case for my favorite on the shelf. Maybe Olimar will go in there when I'm through with the game.
