I'm also going to hit my local pinball arcade for those pinball games. I'd like to play them on console via FarSight Studios' Pinball Hall of Fame: Williams and Gottlieb Collections but they aren't backwards compatible on Xbox One.

What other video games could you play in 1978 besides pinball?

You know what else first came out in 1978?  The Garfield comic strip!

Well, Space Invaders and Super Breakout on Atari 2600 spring to mind. Also the Mattel Electronics Baseball handheld I used to play all the time.

Yea, I saw the Garfield debut and was tempted to read it. I think I want to read about the first appearance of Mystique in Ms. Marvel #16, if I can find a copy somewhere.
