I woke up this morning and remembered I'd forgotten to put my out of office auto-reply on my email.
So I get in there, start up the VPN and there are already emails and instant messages asking me to look into issues. No fekkin' way I was working today. It's the Family day stat. holiday in Canada and I already put in 4 hours Friday night and 5 hours on Saturday.
They'll either pull in someone else or it will still be there waiting for me tomorrow.
Anyway, I digest. I know I was supposed to be playing an hour of a game and reporting on it but fuck it Final Fantasy IX came out on Switch last week and I started playing it and couldn't stop. I'm in Lindeblum right now. :)
I managed to get in a little Octopath for a couple of hours and played about 30 minutes of Dragon Quest 5 after Jamie's review.
Tomorrow it's back to fixing other people's mistakes again but I won't complain for the money they give me.
