I'm trying to finish up with EDF 2025 before I dive into Borderlands 3 next week. I also have Gears of War 5 from Game Pass ready to go. I'll probably get to that much later since Borderlands 3 will likely take up my game time for a while. 

I finally beat all 85 levels of EDF 2025 as a Ranger. I played at the highest difficulty I could in each level. The result is I didn't get any of the achievements for completion because they are all tied to difficulty. So now I'm going back and filling in whatever difficulty mode I hadn't done the first time. I'm skipping Easy difficulty though. I am winning Normal and Hard on most levels. I have a handful done on Hardest and even less on Inferno. About half way through the game today I stopped trying Hardest and Inferno because I kept failing them. So now I'm just going for the Normal and Hard complete playthroughs for the Ranger. I'll do that and then start Borderlands 3 and then Gears 5 later on. 

At some point, I'll go back to EDF and play the other characters and try and get Normal and Hard palythroughs done with them. That should be about all I can really achieve unless I get lucky and pick up a higher level weapon in a drop. At this point drops are increasingly rare, at least for my Ranger.
