Game Week's Over, Or Is It?

My game week is over, and I've already blogged about much of it, but there's a few more details to relate.

1. My necromancer in Diablo IV beat the World Tier III capstone dungeon and activated World Tier IV: Torment. Inititially, I had some trouble with bosses in various dungeons and challenges, so I limited myself to side missions for a while until I got better gear and gained a few levels. Now I'm level 72 and getting along fairly well. I just have to watch bosses for sudden attacks that can one-hit kill me.

2. I traded a bunch of unwanted NES games today at Game Junkies for Star Wars Shadow of the Empire for N64 and a preorder for Endless Ocean Luminous for Switch out next week, May 2nd. I still have some credit left for next time.

3. A few weeks ago I preordered Paper Mario Thousand Year Door for Switch at Gamestop, out May 23rd. The Switch is going to get some action in May for sure.

4. I'm looking forward to next week when I start to go through my collection of games from the years '95-'99. This includes the systems: Game Boy Color, Playstation and N64. I'll be running through my collection and trading anything I'm not really interested in. Then I'll get into some lists and maybe pick up some new games.

5. Mad Krammer and I are going to Fan Expo in Philadelphia, May 4th, only a week away from tomorrow. He's out for celebrity signatures, and I'll be checking out the cosplayers and any retro gear for sale.

So it's going to be a fun May for gaming. I can't wait.

Have fun at the expo.  Maybe you can take some pictures and show them off here?

I will try and at least link up to the youtube video I know someone will make (and I'll watch) of the complete cosplay turnout highlight reel. My friend and I usually only stay half the day, so we tend to miss a lot of costumes.
