Less than 6 days remain. Looking forward to visiting some of you in your towns. Let's meet up and do nothing together. I'll be Jerry. :D See you on Sunday and remember, if someone has chopped down all your trees, dug holes all over the place and sold your furniture to Tom Nook it wasn't me.

One of the few reasons I'd contemplate getting a 3DS for.

It's going to be great fun Tami.

Not that I need another game for my 3DS. Picked up Donkey Kong Country Returns with my Birthday money and SMT: Soul Hackers just before that. I have SMT IV preordered for July 16th too. I play my 3DS more than any other system these days.

I really like the concept of AC, I just don't like how it more or less forces you to play every day. I hate coming back to find my town empty. my house full of roaches, all my flowers dead, and weeds growing in their place just because I took a break from the game. That, and Tom Nook reminded me too much of my former real-life landlord who kept jacking up the rent on a tiny apartment with only four rooms - 1 bedroom, a living room, a kitchen that wasn't quite six feet wide, and a bathroom where I could sit on the toilet, stick my feet in the shower and brush my teeth in the sink all at the same time. I have a smaller living space now, but it's a cottage, I'm also paying half what he was charging us, with heat and electric thrown in, and my current landlady is much nicer.

You had a raccoon for a landlord. That's pretty frikkin' weird. Being a ranger I thought you'd know which mushrooms to stay away from. :)

My Wife absolutely loves Animal Crossing on the Wii. I used to hop and and cut down most of her trees and dig holes around her house as well.

Ah.. Good times

this game looks fun but I have been playing less and less games and developing more and more. I'm totally getting that SMT game in July though.

I really want to get this game, there's just so much out there for the 3DS and I have little money to spend. Hopefully it won't be too long until I get it.

Give me your friend code for when you do. That's is of course if we haven't laid each others towns to waste by then. :D

If I had a 3DS, I'd buy a virtual couch from you.

I'll keep an extra in my house just in case you join up. LOL

I'm so behind with Animal Crossing.  I only played the GC game.  I also own the Wii and DS games, but I hadn't really played them.  I'd get the 3DS game, but I still don't own a 3DS.

I'm really excited for this.  I wish GameStops did midnight releases for the games I like, not just Call of Duties and Halos.

Yep, it's a pain that I have to wait until after 10:00 AM on Sunday to pick it up. It's probably available on the eShop at midnight but who wants to do that.

You can downoad it at midnight on the eShop, but I'd rather wait a few more hours to get the cartridge.

I think that this one warrants a digital purchase, because it's the kind of game that will always benefit from being on your 3DS. There's something to do every day, right? That's how I'm getting it at midnight!

Digital releases have been very helpful to me as a game reviewer, but personally, if I can have it in cartridge form, I'd rather do that.  I'm just old fashioned (or just plain old).

Especially if it's one of your favorite games, so I get ya.

Well, Animal Crossing (GC) is one of my top five favorite games of all time, so, yeah. :)

So are we all going to visit each others villages? I'm planning on getting New Leaf as well. Not sure if I'm going Download or Cartridge yet?

I'm hoping so. If I have 3DS codes via PM I'll provide mine so we can plunder and pilage each other. LOL

Wait you can do that in this game?

I need to get a 3DS...*sinister laugh*
