I've been a slug the last week. Just ask Bandit, he currently rates me as most boring human on the face of the earth (but he loves me anyway).

Reading: Jason forgot his most recent National Geographic here when he went home last night. The article about horses and Native Americans has gorgeous photos, hope the writing is as good as the pics. Also looking forward to reading the cover story abot Black Holes.

Watching: Finished off the five seasons of Waking the Dead currently streaming on Netflix. There are several more that I hope Netlix decides to add, and soon. Jason and I watched the first episode of the new season of The Amazing Race. It's an all-star race, so I already know what teams I hate, and that's at least 2/3 of them.

Listening: Some Aimee Mann, some Bruce Molsky, some Eileen Ivers.

Playing: I'm doing a second playthough of ToX to see if I can platinum the game. At least until my copy of Tales of Symphonia Chronicles arrives. Unfortunately, I decided to buy it after I cancelled my Prime membership, so I'm stuck with the free shipping option, which means they'll take their sweet time shipping it out. Also been playing a little Zen Pinball 2 and Pinball Arcade.

Other stuff: savoring the last of my Winter Woodchuck Cider. It's good, not as good as the Fall (apple pie in a bottle, anyone?), but good.

I got Xillia when it was on sale. Played a little bit and seems fun so far, but I probably won't get back to it for a while with South Park on the horizon.

It is fun. South Park also looks fun.

Haven't read NatGeo in a while.

The Geographic has always been my favorite magazine. If Jason didn't get it (his yearly Christmas gift from my grandma), I'd be reading it at the library.

I like black holes too.  Watch a lot of "cosmic" docs with my dad on TV.  Cosmos was the freaking book I loved when I was a kid.  Carl Sagan ruled.

Cosmos is Jason's favorite TV series of all time. We were eleven and ten when it came out, and it was one of the few TV shows my mom would let me stay up to watch.

My wife & I watched the first few episodes of Waking the Dead.  So far so good.  We saw the episodes with the cops getting kidnapped.  I didn't like that one too much.  I did like the kidnapper though. Laughing  I like the episodes about the "dead" photograher.  The team does a a lot of fighting.  I don't like that.  I keep yelling at the tv, "You're getting paid!  Do what the boss says!"  I didn't see all of the first episode, so maybe I missed something that explains the infighting.

Boyd (the boss) is an egotistical control freak who refuses to listen to the rest of his team and they get frustrated when they know something but he won't listen to them. The yelling and infighting continues through the series.

I just got a review copy of the Tales of Symphonia collection.  Who is your favorite Tales character?  Mine is Grune from Legendia.

I don't think I have a favorite character overall. My favorite in Xillia is Elize's toy Teepo, though.

Ok just calling it "Apple Pie in a bottle" sounds delicious, and I'm not a cider person. I hate that Amazon does that. I couldn't justify keeping Prime because I don't order enough and if I stream anything it's through Hulu but I did love getting orders within two days.

There's a lot of crappy commercial cider out there. Angry Orchard, for example, is awful. I prefer my cider a bit on the dry side, which is the opposite of how I like most of my other alcohol, strangely enough. Woodchuck's Dark & Dry is my favorite, followed by the 802, and then the seasonal ones.

I do watch a lot using Amazon's streaming service, so I do miss that. But I'll get Prime again in the middle of the summer when I can afford it. And as of five mintes ago, they still hadn't shipped my game. If it wasn't for the fact that I had the gift card, I would cancel the order and buy it locally, but I don't have the cash and I did have the gift card. Win some, lose some.

I haven't read National Geographic in forever, though I do try and watch the NatGeo channel when I can.

I love the magazine, not so much the TV channel. But as it's not really run (or owned) by  National Geographic, that does make sense.

I'm so far behind on the new Pinball Arcade tables. Gotta find time for that.

I wisely bought the season pass last year because I knew I would pick them all up at some point.

There's a season pass? Oh cool!

Yeah, saves you quite a bit if you get it before you buy too many tables from season 2.

I need to get caught up with the Walking dead myself, but it's no funw atching these shows alone. I miss my "Little One" =(

The show I was watching is a British series called Waking the Dead. I do need to catch up on The Walking Dead, too, though.
