I didn't know it was getting a cartridge release. Oh, well. I'm probably getting the 3-D remake of Trials of Mana unless it turns out to be horrible (and from what I've heard, it's great).

I don't know about all the vicissitudes of getting an E3 pass. I have a friend who runs a gaming site who's never gotten an E3 pass. I wish it were open to the public the way the Tokyo Game Show is myself.
For me, Nintendo, Square Enix, and Namco all had a lot of stuff. The new Zeldas are exciting for me, as are FFVII Remake and FFVIII Remastered, and I'm actually digging the DQ Heroes in Smash more than I am Banjo-Kazooie. A lot of them are re-releases, but I'll pick them up. I ended up losing a lot of games when I left Maryland anyway. The Switch is becoming a bigger RPG machine than the SNES and PS1 ever were at this rate. Also looking forward to Cyberpunk 2077 and Tales of Arise. I really want the Trials of Mana remake as well.
I loved TP. I can dig that kind of vibe.
Never played this one before. I went from CV 1 to SCV IV and Dracula X. Looks a little like a game I did play, Faxanadu. I guess since I have the CV collection on Switch I can take a crack at this.
Stage Select:
What was the first video game you can remember playing?
Cage Match:
Definitely Goldeneye, even though I wasn't part of the college dorm four player spilt-screen scene for that game. It was still one of the better designed console FPS's. I have never especially liked sports games, so other than a couple of tries of a demo at Electronics Boutique, Tony Hawk was never on my radar.
I loved the original G&G on NES, then I played Super G&G on SNES. I didn't play Ghouls 'n' Ghosts until it came out as part of the Capcom Classics Collection on PS2. My cousin had a Genesis but he only had Sonic and Mortal Kombat, so I didn't get to experience much of the Genesis until later.
I know I learned to make do with bad games because money was tight. It made me more discerning in game buying.
I played the home version of Qix on the Atari 130XE. Never seen the arcade version. I did see the GB version.
Did you ever see the Gals Panic games? Those were Qix games made by Kaneko where the ultimate payoff was topless pictures of nubile young Japanese ladies. I used to see them at truck stops, LOL.

DK Junior is available on the NES for Switch now, and so is the arcade version, as an Arcade Archives title. I definitely prefer the arcade version of the two. That said, NES version at least has all four levels, unlike the NES version of the originall DK, and was a pretty good home version for its time. The arcade version has better graphics, sound, and cut scenes. Either way, you should give it a try.
It's too bad Namco hated Jr. Pac-Man so much because it was made by Midway. It wasn't quite as good as Ms. Pac-Man, but isn't bad either.
